Our project provides an independent system to assess the required game proficiency, which enables each and every project member to secure a contract.

8.Player’s ultimate revenues even with low game proficiency

PJ Contracts

All agreements imply proceeds at all times (which may be used by the player at his or her sole discretion) as well as a certain amount of monthly funds required to cover engagement in the tournaments clearly listed in this contract.

An overarching PJ feature is an obligation binding any player as party to the sponsorship contract, regardless of the game results, to reimburse a portion of the amount he or she is physically awarded as a prize in the listed tournaments, its percentage specified contractually. No extra obligations shall be in place to bind the player.

For instance: the player landed a $12000 worth contract. Of the above amount, $6000 was his or her proceeds and $6000 was used in the game belonging to the listed tournaments. If the overall prize amount secured by the player in those tournaments was $6000, then the player is bound to reimburse a sole $3000 to PJ (in this example, 50% of the physical award), but no more. As the above clearing payments have been made, the contract will be deemed as fulfilled in its entirety by both parties.

Under the contract, the player undertakes to play only the tournaments as clearly listed in the schedule. No restrictions or obligations will apply to other tournaments and cash games. The listed tournaments are held in the selected poker rooms. No game restrictions will apply to any player in any other poker room beyond the contract scope.

Each and every contract is split into time limits – weeks. Four days in a week from Thursday to Sunday are game days, and those from Monday to Wednesday are reserved for rest and self-education as well as for clearing settlements to cover the previous period. Paid Time Off may be activated for a period of 2 to 4 weeks as long as the contractual terms and conditions are duly discharged. In such period the contract is suspended, the player obtains proceeds and stays exempt of any game obligations. As the time off is over, the contract is resumed.

Any player gets a personal manager (and the coach if necessary) for the period of contract.

Selection of players is set to be launched at full scale in mid September 2014.
The project membership is limited. The membership limitations are decided by the project administration and reported at the registration.
The project registrations start on 1 June 2014.

PokerJob intended only for MTT players, and only NLHE. Under the contract players will play regular tournaments at PokerStars . Therefore, if the laws of your country may not allow you to play for real money (for example for US players), you will not be able to participate in Pokerjob.

3.2. The User who has got a specific Status and a certain amount of Real (RP) and Status (SP) points shall be entitled to sign the Sponsorship Contract with the Service Administration.
3.3. In order to sign the Sponsorship Contract, the User shall have one of the following Statuses:
- chrome;
- bronze;
- silver;
- gold;
- platinum;
- diamond.
3.4. A certain amount of Status Points (SP) must be scored to get qualified for the Status. Status Points (SP) shall be scored for participation in rating poker tournaments, held at Partners’ websites.
Real Points (RP) shall be charged automatically depending on the amount of scored Status Points (SP) and the exchange rate corresponding to the current Status, for example, for Gold Status: 1SP = 2 RP.
3.5. The Status shall be assigned for the period of 30 (thirty) calendar days. At the end of the above period the Status is to be confirmed.
3.6. In certain cases the Status as well as SP and RP in restricted amount may be acquired for payment.
3.7. The User shall be entitled to invite other Users to the Club thus earning points or increasing its Status.
3.8. The Users with the highest amount of points and a certain Status shall join the Team PJ Pro and become spokespersons of the Club participating in the biggest online and offline world poker tournaments. The addendum to the Sponsorship Contract with personal participation terms shall be signed with each member of Team PJ Pro.
3.9. Should the User fail to score at least one RP within 3 (three) months, the RP balance will be reduced for up to 20 points a day. If within 5 (five) months not a single point has been scored, then the balance is to be zeroed.
3.10. The detailed rules how to collect the points, get the Status and sign the Sponsorship Contract have been posted in the User's Personal Account.
3.11. The Balance in the User's Personal Account reflects the amount of accounting units, denominated in U.S. dollars. The Balance replenishment and withdrawal of funds, carried out in the following ways:
- through payment systems;
- by a credit card;
- from other Users;;
- from accounts of Partners’ websites;
- through other methods specified on the Website.
3.12. The User shall be entitled to spend the balance amount to purchase the points and Status, reimburse prizes under the Sponsorship Contract, goods and services offered by the Service Administration.

All statuses and points are assigned free of charge according to rating tournaments results. But it is possible to buy points or status, if a player wants do it. Such transactions are limited and must be confirmed by project administration.

The contract fills up automatically and then manager verify it. It happens after you achieve the necessary rating level. You will see it in your personal account.

I dont understand these charts...

Let’s take for example first table: a player has got 1000 USD for buy-in and 1000 USD salary. Then he has played tournaments with ROI 100% and in accordance with the contract he has 30% of prize money. So he earns: 2000*30% + 1000 = 1600 USD. Therefore in spite of his 30 % share in prize money actually he receives 1600/2000= 80% of prize money. It is said in the first table.

The second table – it is an income in USD for each of contracts depending on ROI consideration salary.
