What are we looking for?
We are looking for players to stake and coach in low and midstakes scheduled mtt games, potentially also 180mans. And we are looking to build those players up and improve their winrates and ROIs.
Who are we?
I am Cashcid Linc (Pokerstars screenname), a long time professional tournament player, nowadays playing mainly highstakes MTTs.
I have been coaching for many years. And I have been getting staked and coached, I know what it takes to give a good learning and playing environment to the staked player, in which he can comfortably play his best game and grow in the process.

My partner is Manhat10ite (Pokerstars screenname), a former SNG professional who since black friday is mainly involved in the staking business. He has been running and still is running a large stable for many years.

Requirements to get staked by us
-Number 1 requirement is trustworthiness. Putting aside business and ethical reasons, a player who isn’t intelligent enough to see the long term profitability of honesty in this business is likely not going to make the best decisions in game to start with anyways. If I sense any form of dishonesty in the player, I will not even consider him regardless of stats.
-All screennames
-Unblocked and opted in Sharkscope
-Minimum Profit of $20000
-enough free time to play at least 3-4 days of a full mtt schedule per week on average (aside from vacations and other breaks)
-Having an open mind
Requirements on the stake
-A commitment to the stake of at least 12 months. After the 12 months the player can leave at any time when out of make up.
-A contract will be given to the player to read and sign with more detailed requirements and conditions
In addition to posting your screennames in this thread so that I know you are in good standing on 2p2, please answer the following questions and send them to me via pm if you are interested in the stake:
1) What is your biggest weakness in mtt poker?
2) Are you familiar with ev calculations, percentage math etc to use for poker?
3) Do you do some mathematical analysis from time to time away from tables (ev calculations, range calculations etc)?
4) Do you use poker programs for analysis away from the tables (pokerstove, hrc, icmizer, pio solver etc)? If so, which ones?
5) Which learning method do you enjoy the most for your game (reading books or articles, doing analysis yourself, watching videos, just playing and deeply
thinking about hands as you play etc...)?
6) When you are in top form, playing your A game, how would you describe this state of mind?
7) When are you usually playing your A game? Does it occur randomly or are there conditions that make it more likely to occur?
8) What are your goals in poker?
9) Right now, how happy are your about your own game on a scale from 1-10? 1 being not happy at all, 10 being very happy
10) How would you describe your general mindset?

Am I allowed to apply to this stake?, I have only $19k of mtt profits if I include live mtt's too. I currently play poker for a living on 6 max cash tables between 20-200nl on sky poker. My current staker ( John from king of the hill staking) is looking at closing staking due to personal stuff, and I thought now is a brilliant time to make the transition.
I am on form as of recently the sky mtt profit is primarly from the last 2 months.
It's no issue if you don't allow me to apply, I'm sure sometime near the end of this month I shall reach that threshold.
