Why can they not verify IP and cell phone locations at least as well as anybody with the ability to use Google. Why can they not tell that their software has issues before they launch it? Why are their apparently no competent software developers even remotely associated with legal online poker?

I am incredibly disappointed with the daily tournament schedule. You're making the same mistakes UP made (and continues to make).

Poker scout shows its at its peak so far of 73 cash game players. Slowly rising! That counts 3 players tho if someone is playing 3 cash tables.

Fact: When you put $5 into the pot, it's gone. Why in the world would you care WHERE it goes? It's gone. So what if $4.95 of that goes to the winner of the pot and $.05 goes to the house? So what?

The real complaining party here should be the winner of the hand - s/he is the one who "lost" a nickel there (plus some more rake in that hand, obviously).

But that is the price of playing poker in a regulated environment. The house must make money or else they cannot provide the games.

And actually if any of you have ever played some of those underground poker houses, you know that the rake is much, much higher.

I have a mac. I go to the downloads page, WSOP.com_NV.zip downloads to my download folder, I click it, a folder extracts to my desktop.

Inside are a XML document and an WSOP_NV application. I click on the application and absolutely nothing happens??

What am I missing?

~20% of the state has Sprint as their cell phone carrier. Advising people to buy a new cell phone is completely asinine and unacceptable. It's not the customer's fault that you launched without Sprint.

I think that I am affected by the Sprint phone issue too. I am on Virgin Mobile, which is basically prepaid Sprint. Is it safe to assume it is affected as well? At UP Sprint worked at launch but not Virgin, which was added 1-2 weeks later iirc.

I bought an AT&T burner phone to play at UP when Virgin wasn't online yet for SMS but I need to buy a new card before using it now. I just want to make sure that is necessary before I head to Target.

The installer should launch at that point. I'm using Snow Leopard (10.6.8). Verify your downloaded zip is 31.8MB and when unzipped, the WSOP_NV app is 33.4MB. If either is smaller, could be a corrupted file and you'd have to re-download.

Sprint are the ones to blame and they need to approve WSOP for it to work.
Maybe they have concerns? Maybe they are lazy? I donno, but I do know WSOP don't have a clue of when it will be approved by Sprint. Only guesses.

Can't get a response from email support. I mentioned this before, auto time bank is not working, it folds you without going time bank.
