Currently in vegas for the summer. Looking to play a tiny bit of online poker. My country (norway) doesnt have a taxtreaty with US so I get taxed for livetournaments here. Anyone have any idea idea what the laws/rules are for online for foreigners?

It's the same for online and live for US residents, so I assume it should be the same for foreigners too.
