Maybe I should do something controversial to stir things up :-)

Interesting question.
It's funny because I'm never quite sure what people want to hear about. That's sort of why I leave the questions up to you guys. Maybe what's interesting to me is boring as hell to you.
Nothing really new about the company, the product, or on the personnel side that isn't already in the press. Not much has changed on those fronts.
On the promotion side, we've been nose to the grindstone on getting the WSOP calendar put together. We're really trying to make sure we have an appealing offer no matter where you on the poker curve. Cash game, tourney, beginner, pro, whatever. There's something in there for everyone.
We should be announcing things pretty soon. I've got three full days of meetings next week to discuss with our internal teams and figure out what we can execute.
There are also some non-WSOP related (as in, not involving the WSOP summer event) announcements about our tournaments which we've been working on for months that I think you guys will be happy with (I hope).

Yes, CS in NJ needs to be located in NJ by May 1. That's proceeding as planned. To be honest, I'm not really that involved with the personnel selection. That's our CS manager.
As far as whether we go out of our way to hire poker players for CS, I don't think there's any push to specifically hire only poker players. Obviously the more someone is familiar with poker and with the industry the more that's of interest to us, but I also think being good at providing support is equally as important.
The 888 support thing is both correct and incorrect. We do use 888 to manage the first-line CS agents who are based offshore. However, these people are 100% dedicated to us. You don't have one guy answering an 888 question and then answering a WSOP question. We have utilized 888's resources because they already have a lot of the necessary infrastructure in place.
