Forum mod, you need to make this sticky.

WSOP.com does not work with mac os. It boots all users once an hour, regardless of location, wifi, etc.

They refuse to acknowledge the issue, and refuse to do anything about it. Do yourself a favor, save yourself some $ and use one of the other options in NJ.

You are welcome.

There is no set time. And the problem happens on other sites as well.

What mac's are you guys running? I am headed back to Reno/Tahoe for a couple weeks and will be buying a new Macbook pro to play on since my old one doesnt meet the spec requirements. I only ask because I want the 15" which only has a 2.0 initial processor. I dont get why it has a slower processor than the 13" which is cheaper (im not a huge tech person). The wsop.com site says 2.4 is optimal. I know that Mac has their "turbo boost" processors that ramp up if the machine is working too hard but i just want to make sure I dont run out and buy something that I have problems with instantly. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

I have a brand new, top of the line MacBook Pro, the Retina display one, specs essentially maxed out, and WSOP doesn't work for me. Can't stay connected for longer than 15-30 mins. Tried at 5 different locations all over NJ. Borgata works fine for me, so I haven't looked back.
