My Account>Responsible Gaming>Self-Exclusion
I've tried on a number of occasions and I always get the same message:
"Username and/or password could not be verified."
Can someone else try and see if they have the same problem?

i just tested it, it popped up fine for me. Is your browser blocking cookies or something? When you click on my account it opens up your default web browser and you are no longer in their software

I tried to utilize the 1 month cool off period, but I had too much trouble. I called customer service & they were 0 help; so I just keep playing. I guess they win

I contacted support both via chat and the phone number (as instructed to by chat support), and I still can't access this. However I didn't realize that the minimum for self exclusion was 1 year ( I was thinking along the lines of 12 hours, etc), and I'm not looking for that at all so it's a moot point.
I also just found out that the minimum amount of time you can request for a cooling off period is 1 week. (Actually when I asked the guy in chat support he told me the minimum was 1 month. It wasn't until I referred him to the legal page where it states 1 week that he told me that's an option but it's called "taking a break", a distinction which is not made on the legal page)
I know it's unfair to compare any poker site to Pokerstars, but there you could request a cooling-off/self-exclusion period of any length from hours to months, right in the client. Here you have to contact support and the minimum amount of time is 1 week. It's completely illogical to me that cooling-off periods of 12-24 hours are not offered.
This is by no means a huge deal, and I'm probably making more out of it then needed, but there is no reason for this simple option to not exist. I don't know if it's simply an oversight or a deliberate business decision.
