Too drunk too do the math now but if I had any history with you I'd probably be 4b'ing A9 against you too

Short drunken answer: you're bad and so good players are going to push smaller edges against you

Long sober answer: Hopefully to be provided by someone else

How did you come to that conclusion? What distinguishes good players from bad?
I know, that I'm no good.
And how can I become a good one? I have to, because too many good players came to my limit.
Probably going to post more hands to analyze soon.
I'm a bumhunter. I'm a winning player. Lots of regs are worse than me here.

Because I know what a good players thought process is and you don't one yet. Asking what out c/r, c/r should be is a huge flag for starters

Posting here and asking questions is a good start.

I know it probably sounds like I'm being a dick but I'm not. Good players take "subpar" lines against worse opponents because they're exploiting your leaks and pushing edges they normally wouldn't because they're factoring in you making mistakes

From the questions you asked it's just obvious you have some leaks or you wouldn't have to ask the question

If no one steps up before tomorrow I'm type out a better response, too ****ed up right now to do any serious discussions

Kind of like if you say in a game and a player had to ask does a straight beat a flush you'd come after him guns blazing. Some of questions you asked would make me come after you just as much. 5/t on stars was the butthole of poker before Black Friday and I can only imagine it's gotten worse

I was just starting at that time. And I don't think it was worse. I remember a lot huge fish then, not so much now. I was playing 3/6-2/4 with a good profit, big downstreak after the Black Friday though.
And I think you believe that I am very bad, I don't know, maybe I am maybe not.

Everybody is very bad to someone else. Playing in games that are too tough for you is the best way to gain experience. It's basically what happens to every one when they move up in levels. My point is the longer this thread has gone on the more likely it becomes the villain was playing against you. It could have very well just been bad play on his part. Even the best players do dumb things occasionally.

What do you mean by doing the math exactly?

I was so bad at that time I remember and still winning (at Full Tilt game was very sweet), after the downstreak I stopped playing online for almost a year. Watched Vods, bought CREV, read some articles and started again.

If you want to play perfectly, you should technically have a c/r c/r range... especially with an ace on the turn. But I honestly believe that this will make like a .01-.02 BB/100 in the long run and is not very important. And it is much easier to do it incorrectly than to do it correctly.

Also, this c/r c/r range is supposed to be very tiny. And it needs to be balanced by an even tinier amount of bluffs.

The hands that are usually best for a c/r c/r range here are hands that can withstand a 3bet, but that block as few of villain's hands as possible. In this case, I think 86s would be the best bet since our 6 shouldn't block many of villain's potential betting hands.

I really don't know though... just not a spot I put a whole lot of mental energy into since I don't think it is a very efficient way to boost my winrate. If I were a nosebleed huhu specialist, I would care more. Until then, not gonna lose any sleep over it.
