    At the time i thought it was pretty close, but after running a few stoves it appears that my equity is quite poor.

    Do you think these ranges are reasonable assumtions?
    what equity should i have here to cap? >25%?

    The CO is a total nit and has a much tighter 3! range than you are showing. I fold pre against this guy.

    You are dominated vs AK and AQ. Also 4way nonsuited hands are not so good. imo, call with AJo and cap with AJs.
