The sane fool? The sane fool?

Villain is 70/41/43%(AF) over 546 hands

He has opened 22-33,K4s,K6s,A9,AJ,QT,JT,T7,98 from CO.
He has raised turn HU 16 times. 5 times he has won without showdown
Of the 11 times he has shown down he has had TP+ 10 times and an OESD one time

My notes says:

always bet turn against him

FLOP:
Plays Gsdrawpassively both on flop and turn
Raises seems reliable
Waits to river to raise SP HUHU
Can turnraise sp on HUHU ace boards

I feel that the turn is a fold and that the river is an easy fold. But there is always that feeling that you can't trust a 70/41.

Are decent number of those hands from huhu? If so, and villain is playing normalish stats (maybe even a little passive based on gap between vpip and pfr?), the turn is a b/f imo. If he is maniac on big bet streets, trying to rep anything and everything, I guess you could calldown.

There are only 3-4 hands in that CO open list that I wouldn't open as default. Against very poor blinds, maybe I open all, so that is best indicator to me that this guy seems reasonable, thus the turn b/f. Maybe someone could make case for x/c turn and x/f river, I'm not sure.

i cry call. seems like you're notes don't really match what his stats are saying. either way, nh overall and the river is pretty damn close imo.
