What do we beat when SB 3 bets the turn?

We have 13 hands on villain and no reads, so we could be beating any number of hands at this point. Hero folding TP at any time seems like a bad idea at this point.

I agree, because we have no idea who this guy is.

But with some reads it's like, is he 3 bet free showdowing oop? Can't think of anything else we beat vs a normalish player.
