Opened for a steal, BTN 3! SB Cold calls

hey all

glad to see the forum is back up. dissapointed no new hands have been posted.
SO let the barrage begin.

BTN is 21/17/9.7/2.2
SB is 63/18/33/0.8

Poker Stars $0.10/$0.20 Limit Hold'em - 4 players
DeucesCracked Poker Videos Hand History Converter

Pre Flop: (1.5 SB) Hero is CO with 9 A
Hero raises, BTN 3-bets, SB calls, 1 fold, Hero calls

Flop: (10 SB) 3 3 5 (3 players)
SB bets, Hero??

I think I should fold. The PF 3bettor still has to act, Although I have two overs I think the board is terrible to continue 3handed. Not all my outs are clean and If I make TP I think I am frequently outkicked, also makes a straight / redraw. If I called one bet I think I am folding the majority of turns anyway.

I fold also. Btn seems pretty tight and aggro so you will be calling 2 bets a fair amount of times. If I were to continue in this hand I would raise and hope to fold out better Btn's better A's.

Eh, I think I'd fold here. Say that SB donks with a bunch of 3x, a bunch of 5x, 66-TT and club draws. You've got about 14% equity. Say that BTN raises with 66+ and club draws. He's only raising about 38% of the time and calling with most of the rest of his range. A flop call is marginally good under those circumstances assuming that there's no more betting. But that's a bad assumption - in reality it's going to be difficult to realise your fop equity. You're also unlikely to make much money out of BTN when you do hit an Ace as he'll have you outkicked or fold frequently.
