Re: ***Official Stars Regs Thread***

No, I never touched SN. I got close in '08 but never really tried for it.

I played on FTP because I thought game selection was easier there and the game speed was much better. There wasn't 4-5 players who were playing 12 tables of the same limit. Most regs played 4-6 tables making less completely ****ty games. Playing 4 tables on FTP got about the same hands as 6 tables on Stars with the slower software and the stupid breakeven grinders who slow every game down. And I liked the weekly rakeback. I really only played 10-15k hands a month, so if I put all my volume onto Stars, I coulda made SN pretty easily, but that just wasn't for me.

Me? I haven't put in real volume since 2009. In 2010, my life as a consultant picked back up. Since I lost my SN in 2010, RB on FT >> anything on PS. I always intended to run up Platinum Star some month to cash out my remaining 30K FPP on stars, but otherwise, I was 100% on RB sites. I was getting decent RB because game starting at 5/T gives great RB.
What kind of a consultant?

I regret the fact that I'll never have the opportunity to show you all that my 6.8 BB/100 WR at 2/4 the last month I played was not a fluke and definitely sustainable.

I haven't gotten my check, but I assumed it was slow due to being a check. Should we be sending follow-up e-mails?

when I got an email similar to that (although it said something like we are reviewing your play, they thought I might be a bot when I grinded 10-12hrs a day near the end of last year to hit 400k), it took about 3 days from when I sent an email to them about the pending cashout. However, the cashout was pending for several days before I noticed it was on hold and sent security an email. So maybe it took about a week total. I would guess it would take longer with the current situation. However, no idea why you were singled out.

I used bank transfer. Was never able to set up echecks. Requested 4/30 received 5/3 and I've never had to send in ID verification

Yeah, I always try to cash on banks that are in financial types of districts (downtown near lots of other banks / investment houses). Never had a problem. Though if you do cash out on a Friday they will ask you: "Going to Vegas?" and "Good luck" when you answer in the positive.

I sent them a 'wtf is going on' email 2 days ago, and recieved a 'plz send us lame documents' email back yesterday. Uploaded documents today, so fingers crossed.

I'm pretty much giving up on ever seeing anything for those FPPs. The ****ty part is I almost just took a $1500 bonus on black friday but decided not too
