this cant be right. u get 5fpps/vpp instead of 3.5, so assuming u dont lose sne (except maybe for a month after september) that would be quite a bit more. im not gonna do calculations but its 1.43 more on bonuses, so 43% more there, i just dont know what percentage that would be when u add that to overall sne value

If you start the year as Supernova 800k VPP is 48% rakeback and Elite is 64%.

If you start the year as Elite 800k VPP is 61% rakeback and Elite is 73%. These are for shorthanded. If you were to play only full-ring your rakeback for starting the year as elite is a whopping 79.4%.

These numbers are all going to be off slightly because it doesn't take into account losing Elite in September... unless you can get it by then in which case your name is either Jorj III or needbeer.

I think terms are just getting mixed up. You are right in saying you accumulate VPPs 142% of the rate of SN. 5/3.5 = 1.42.

If we say supernova rakeback is 30%*, then it's correct to say SNE is worth 30% * 1.42 = 42%.

So J_Locke is right in saying "it's about 15% more rakeback" - by this calculation it's only 12% more. However what you are saying is also correct i guess - "it's 43% increase on the 30%"

at 3.5x rate = 11.1k FPPs = $981 in bonuses = 31% rakeback
at 5x = 15915 FPPs = $1402 = 44% equivalent rakeback

This is 13% more rakeback than supernova. It's an increase (as expressed as a percentage) of 43%.

(and nb that 31% x (5/3.5) = 44%)

yeah, i get it. its only 1.5 million more FPPs for the year (assuming all done while sne) which is only 24k. if sne is worth 140 or whatever its not really that much more. the milestones and tourney packages are a much larger percentage of sne value than i was thinkin. still, gettin 800k if u could get sne next year would suck bc u lose gettin 20-25k in tourney packages and up to 24k cash bonuses the next year.
