Dragon is a great guy. I can vouch for him!

You're the one who usually sounds like a jerk, but you're funny and I like you.

still getting used to this rake stuff...

so just looked at the stars rake structure : "Heads-Up: rake will be collected on '1-on-1' tables at a rate of $0.05 rake per $1.00 in the pot, up to a maximum of $0.50 rake per hand. Please note that the 'Heads-Up' rake schedule only applies at designated '1-on-1' tables, not for heads-up play at tables which seat more players."
so thats is why it is better to open up 6max table at these limits rather than sit at huhu table, correct?
Yes, you'll only pay rake more than .50 rarely at a 2/4 non-HUHU table. You'll pay no rake fairly often. You max the rake at a HUHU table in a $10 pot. The pot has to be twice that big before you pay any at a 6m table.

Your experience is abnormal, though. Often in a long match, you will bust your opponent and lose money. That's normal.

Not sure what you mean. If the pot hits $40 you pay more rake on a 6m table. If it doesn't, you always pay less, often zero. If your fish is foldy enough, you can bust him almost rake free.

I just came home and I'm drunk. Whats my line:
1. take a pain pill and go to bed
2. grind out some 5/10
3. rake a shot at 10/20
4. ask ps support to let me play special tables and bust schafsheeps roll on 500/1k
12-14-2009 , 10:17 PM
better off playing someone bad at huhu than schaf if you're going to try and bust your roll

My mistake. Rake is capped at $2 on a 6max table playing HUHU. You're wrong though as to always paying less on a 6 max table with a pot <$40 since a $20-39 pot will be raked $1 at a 6max table and $0.50 at a HUHU table.

We can probably both agree that the structure is confusing, though.

Hit 200000VPP today and had a winning session. That was basically my goal so you'll see less of me at the tables for this year. Feels good.

I am demonstrating implied tilt odds; some people deny their existence. I'll grant that hand one is non-standard.
12-15-2009 , 02:49 AM
and I'm saying hand 2 had nothing to with him being tilted from hand 1. HAnd 1 isnt "non-standard" its bad
