Meaning you would need to refund your account to play at your regular stakes so you could get enough playthrough to release your old funds. You would not be allowed to play with all/most of your old funds for the playthrough.

The unmitigated gall to expect people that have money locked up to deposit on their site. They should count themselves lucky if we ever contribute a cent of rake again.

I never thought they were going to pay off U.S. players in full, and posted so somewhere I think. They didn't have the money. Their hope was to build up the coffers with new deposits, and slowly let people withdraw. They were literally going to run a Ponzi scheme.

Americans would be screwed since they can't "play though", and this inactivity fee would slowly drain their accounts.

I often use a wireless mouse with my laptop, but without the cord to tether it, it's guaranteed to break at the first throwing.
