With the exception of some private tournaments, the player pool is combined-- doesn't matter what skin you are on.

The skins offer slight differences in terms of VIP programs and benefits and perks. But the basic formula (rake, maximum rakeback, user interface, always getting dealt 72 offsuit) is the same.

I know that for US players, skin selection is limited. I liked RPM since I could actually play there, plus the rakeback and support is awesome so far.

Rakeback is decent on merge, but how does the rake compare to stars?

It is about x10 that of stars. Leader obv agrees. Combined with illigality of it all, I see no reason to open an account there or deposit.
