It has to be false because it's illogical. Where the game is played is theoretically already factored into the spread. What ultimately matters or not is whether the posted spread is inaccurate or not. If it's inaccurate then money can be made. I believe there are people out there who are smart enough to spot these inefficiencies and make money off them. The saying "It's generally bad to bet against home dogs" is just a platitude that only an amateur would say.

I think sports betting lines are a lot more efficient than stock markets because the value of a stock is infinitely more complex, and there're so many more things that can influence their value in ways that most people can't imagine.

Having pinpoint accuracy is obviously really difficult in both.
But being "close" to the mark is a LOT easier in sports. Given the simplicity of picking a reasonably accurate spread, the juice in most sports books is really high.

Handicapping poker would be a lot more interesting....

Yes it fits better in my hand also, the handle angel seems to workout better V the glock.

Kimbers are bad ass, but i will wait tell i get some other guns before i can fell good about the price.

Oh yes and i just got a SW 686 for the MRs ( she has a hard time with the slides on autos) she loves.

I'm getting a new computer soon. Then it will be pimped out with dual monitors and a computer not from 2002 that won't slow down every time I close a table...yeah that will be balla.

I caught the Michigan highlights. That had to be brutal for ILP. I was sweating and I didn't bet on it and knew the outcome. Just more proof that Vegas is rigged, imo.
