Fold. Turn did you in. Even if he barrels 100%, which he should, you don't have enough equity unless he's some how strangely passive with just the right types of hands or defending 64o/43o pf.

Actually, we should just fold the turn. Even with BB auto b/c'ing the river on an ace or 8, it's still a minus ev call. A 9 is the worse card in the deck here.

Re: Marginal Showdown A6

true but isnt there a possible flush draw on turn still making our call on turn worthwhile since it adds more bluffing hands in his range ?

Re: Marginal Showdown A6

Quick version of the math based on the assumption, which is very generous to calling, that he's always calling a river raise when we hit and never 3b'ing.

> 39/46 * -1 + 3/46 * (.6963 * 7.25 - (1 - .6963) * 2) + 3/46 * (.6838 * 7.25 - (1 - .6838) * 2) + 1/46 * (.6037 * 7.25 - (1 - .6037) * 2)

Re: Marginal Showdown A6

What about something like 66, AT, A8 by the river? (assuming these are all turn calls)

This was my initial impression as well. I think we should fold this turn. I think its tough for villain to have a flush draw without a pair on this pair besides a few Kx & Qx.
