I think we benefit more from Betting than Ch/Calling. When we check villain will bet most of his better hands and check back a lot of his marginal draws like 5x or 76.

We actually gain a lot when he folds the turn with any unpaired hand as he has about 10-12 outs against our hand. I like Bet/Fold turn.

I also dislike Turn C/R for most of the same reasons, plus I think most villains don't fold a better hand nearly as often as he needs to for a C/R to be profitable. Yes, villains don't like to get C/R'ed on the turn, but they still call down.
