I told him after his last temp ban he probably shouldn't post in PU unless he was really careful because his next ban would be permanent. He made an arguably racist post that someone reported and he's not really the hill I'm going to make a stand on about modding PU (Edit: To be clear, I think he should have been banned by my rules. I just mean he's not someone at this point that I'm giving any benefit of the doubt to in terms of keeping around).

If someone wants to argue he shouldn't have been banned I'm willing to listen. But you'll need to come up with some sort of evidence that's he's not just a troll. In particular, there would need to be quoted posts where he's actually participated in a discussion.
