I agree it's more respectful to say 'xyz people' but it's more typing.
I'll assume it does not apply to jews and whites. Once again, you see examples of soft bigotry towards "black people" by the left. Chez, that was shameful. You should apologize publicly in this thread to our black posters.

I moved my post to the Moderation thread.

And I don't see why he should apologise - you're making yourself look (even more) ridiculous.

Take it the moderation thread please - (pref' the !!! moderation thread as it's already being discussed there). It is something I'm willing to reconsider but please avoid using it for now.

Look, I'm sure the left will bail the US out of whatever **** ups Trump gets into. We're used to cleaning up the mess.
How is left going to stop a war with China? The U.S. has failed the world left and right.
02-06-2017 , 10:04 AM
Should we fear a physical war with China because trump won the super bowl?

Not even one day. Pathetic. So much for the whole "I only attack people who attack me bull****."
02-06-2017 , 11:38 AM
Wil and Kerowo, please keep your on-going argument out of the content threads please. And don't bring it to the !!! moderation thread either. Thanks.
02-06-2017 , 11:40 AM
If wil attacks me I will respond in whatever thread he attacks me in. And WTF this isn't a warning for wil using personal attacks in this thread this is some bull**** about wil continuing to blame me for his inability to behave. BOOOOOOOOO! Once again, Wil gets preferential treatment because he is one of your sycophants. SAD!

What next? Bush did 9/11? Come on dude.
I think his post lays out pretty clearly that he doesn't think Bush had anything to do with 9/11.

^ Trump admires this guy, and has pretty clearly whipped the country into a fervor where any terrorist attack will probably result in him moving to consolidate executive branch power. Anyone who values the checks and balances enshrined in the constitution should be very, very worried that he's telling people to blame a judge if something bad happens, because if something bad does happen, he's not just going to say "see, I told you so", he's going to do some very bad ****.

Speaking straight forwardly, I think is is reasonable to declare republicans resign in an orderly fashion starting with trump. They can't even manage their own bigots.

Both of you were warned.

This is a final warning for you to report posts and/or bring them to a moderation thread rather than trying to address them yourself within a content thread.

I don't get the whole Putin thing.

Trump can choose to condemn him, or not. Shaming Putin to the press isn't likely to produce much of a positive result, even if it is favorable and puts a smile on your face. It seems GTO to play nice with dangerous people.

Trump admitted the the US government kills people and that it's alright by not at least pretending to condemn Putin for killing those who disagree with him.

It's fine to have this stance. What I want to know is if you (and others) have considered the disadvantages to it, what they are and why it's not a big deal. I don't know the answer, or have much of a clue (oil, $$, wars, woohoo!), but to have such a strongly unfavorable opinion about this, surely there is some analysis that I will gladly read and reflect on.
02-06-2017 , 03:24 PM
I don't want a president who is possibly in debt to another super power's leader.

The Trump group is taking a hard line with China. It seems like a war with the Chinese is the only outcome if the States try and block them from their made Islands.

Not fixing your post, but changing it around for a different perspective.

I am concerned about wars happening, since we actually can know better.

Not really as doing so would incentivize nations to act dangerous.

I was out of town for the weekend, so we have some bonus news from the past couple days to report on today!

Trump's travel ban is struck down by a federal judge appointed by GWB

In the midst of a few tweets on Saturday (such as this and this), Trump shows a distressing lack of respect for the judicial branch of government:

The answer to his question about what our country is coming to is that the Constitution is still in effect, for now.

Senator Ben Sasse (R-NE) criticizes Trump's lack of respect for the judiciary

Trump's business trust is run by his son and still directs profits to Trump, making it little more than a symbolic barrier between Trump and his business interests.

Swedish deputy prime minister trolls Trump in photo of law signing

Trump's nominee for secretary of the Army drops out due to business conflicts, which is weird because that problem hasn't deterred Trump or anyone else he's nominated

Amid signs that the Trump brand is hurting, Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom both drop Ivanka's jewelry line

In interview, Trump defends Putin's tendency to murder his political rivals because "what, you think our country's so innocent?"...

...and Republican politicians unite to back far, far away from those statements

Bernie Sanders (who previously praised Trump for killing TPP) calls Trump a "fraud" for backing away from his promise to stop Wall Street from "getting away with murder"

In refugee news, while the travel ban was in effect, it helped to keep a 4 month old Iranian baby in need of open-heart surgery and a 4 year old Somali refugee who was coming to be with her mother out of the country (thanks to the brave decision by the Seattle judge, both have since made it to the USA)

Republican lawmakers come home to constituents angry about executive orders, Obamacare, and cabinet nominees

Incredibly thin-skinned Trump supporters are trying to boycott Budweiser because they had the gall to air a commercial about their immigrant co-founder

George W. Bush's chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff writes that Bannon has no place on the National Security Council...

...And GWB's NSA director/CIA chief writes that Trump's travel ban is bad for American intelligence and our security

Trump's hotel in DC advertises special rates for military members, but claims "no availability" when you try to book them (there's plenty of availability at full price though!)

Insane, deranged man in White House gets so upset by what he sees on television that he claims on Twitter any suggestion that he and his policies are unpopular is fake

Backing down from promises to immediately repeal Obamacare, Trump says the process to replace it could go into next year

In Fox interview, Trump walks back claim that there were several million illegal votes in the election, making everyone who defended those claims on 2+2 (hi Sushy!) and elsewhere look like fools

Continuing Trump's long history of accusing his opponents of having whatever faults he possesses, Kellyanne Conway suggests the leaked calls with Australia and Mexico looked bad for their leaders

Last, and definitely not least:

Trump makes a bizarre claim that the media is failing to report on terrorist attacks because they don't want to
02-06-2017 , 09:40 PM
Far from being one innocent misstatement, Kellyanne Conway used the "Bowling Green Massacre" phrase in a separate interview:

In addition to that one, she also cited it in an interview with TMZ using words that made it clear she thought an attack actually happened:

Quote:
“He did that because, I assume, there were two Iraqis who came here, got radicalized, joined ISIS, and then were the masterminds behind the Bowling Green attack on our brave soldiers,” she added.
What an idiot!
02-06-2017 , 09:49 PM
Bowling Green is where Obama grabbed all the guns and then gas-lighted the nation. That's why we don't remember. All your guns been replaced by holograms at Bowling green. Member!

MAGA!

Even pedophile lunatics are shaping up!

We're not getting involve in this sort of hate campaign in this forum. Be much morre careful what you post please.

Any questions - bring them to a moderation thread but still leave the target out of it
