The modding strategy clearly prefers implying that a timeout might come someday, followed by a warning that a timeout might come someday, followed by a really stern warning that a timeout might come someday, followed by some green text. When you see the green text, you know that they mean business that a timeout might possibly, in all likelihood, perhaps might come someday.
