Very good. I decided not to invest directly, but have interests in peripherals as they aren't going anywhere no matter what Sessions does.

@ onemoetime,

I actually am very close to pulling the plug and taking the family to Oregon to get into the marijuana field, in any aspect really, is it fairly easy to get into that field? (pun intended). I mean honestly, the crazy ideas in the WH pending, what other industry is going to open up in the biggest economy in the world again like the Marijuana industry? Seems like so much money to be made.
My old roommate I don't really have contact with anymore is in charge of a crop in CA and makes good money, but I dont really want to live in CA and start as a seasonal trimmer. I have looked into Salem, OR. Interested in any thoughts/idea from someone in Oregon and the best way to get my foot in the door? Thanks in advance if you can provide any.

Peripherals are not a bad investment in relation to the industry. Its tough times for investors right now with Sessions. However one of Trumps buddies is massively invested in the cannabis industry (easy to find out who) and he pretty much owns Leafly and is also invested into 4 big farms. So when push comes to shove, I hope Trump partners with the side of logic and his buddy who is heavily invested.

I am currently living in Indiana. I plan myself to move out to Bend in the next few months. I am starting a new investment which will be a boutique farm instead of the current farm i'm invested into that does the entire lot, i.e. farm, dispensary, producing...

OR is pretty easy to get up and going if you know what to do. If you are serious, defiantly study and read the OLCC (orgeon license control commission) as the rules are constantly changing. Next, retain a Cannabis attorney and he will guide you on compliance and basically get you the license for your type of farm. Next the hard part is property. The rules will derermine what type of property you get.

Sure, but this yet another topic where the liberal position of education is preferred and has better outcomes than the conservative position of abstinence.

Like, it's nice that after eight years of education initiatives on sex ed, abortions have reached an all-time low. But we weren't teaching abstinence, so conservatives are gonna gut that funding that was working to reduce the rate of abortions, abortions will skyrocket, and then conservatives will get to moan and whine about why we suddenly have an issue with too many abortions!

It's kind of like firefighters who drum up business by lighting fires.
