As long as their 'umbrella' continues to cater to the fetishists and not those who actually seek medical intervention, I hope EVERY jurisdiction continues to refuse to afford any special protections.

Oh, and no, I also don't (and didn't) go looking for special protections from the legislature as a lesbian either...nor do I support 'hate crimes' legislation that serves only to make the job of a prosecutor that much more difficult.

I'd agree that it was a complete mistake to elide people with a medical condition with those who choose to cross-dress as a lifestyle choice.

See the difference between trasgender and transtrender

As long as these two issues are mixed up, they have little hope of mkaing strides as a protected group.

It seems a 'good for you and only you' is in order.

sad thing is that they do not care to separate the issues...that demographic seems to find it easier to toss the 'phobic' labels around, especially as the MTT's abuse actual women and demand access to lesbian events (which contributed to the loss of Michigan Womyn's Music Festival after 40 years).

The fact that gay people have to continue to fight for equal rights is a stain on our society. Shameful.

We're not having any further discussion about ho is in the group or how it is labelled in this thread. Thanks.

I´m merely interested in this for discussion purposes and absolutely have no interest in discriminating homosexuals or reducing their rights. I have several homosexual co-workers and absolutely no problem with them.
I was worried until you said this. If I'd known you had a gay friend from the start I wouldn't have doubted your motives.

Thanks, Chez, for making a safe space where these brave thinkers feel emboldened to share.

He didn't say they were friends, just that they worked for the same employer. Next we'll be hearing "I'm not a homophobe, there are gay people living in the same town as me."

Hey bobman0330,

I´m the guy who got banned yesterday for posting this.
Based on your response I assume that you read what I posted from my "Emirates" account and what subsequently got deleted.

(Note to chezlaw, on your crusade of censorship you might as well ban my halcyon229 account as well pal )

<removed>

To claim I´m a homophobe and delete my posts is simply untenable.

Im not claiming your a homphobe. Your post however is totally unacceptable

I don´t want to explain it in detail again, because chezlaw will probably delete it anyway, but basically ...

<removed>

I´m also into sportsbetting and am curious to how many minutes this post and my account will last this time... O/U 10 minutes?
With chezlaw being offline now, maybe a higher line would be fair.

No deletion and no ban. As a regular poster on 2+2 you enjoy many privileges in here, one of which is that your acount will never be perma banned except for posts that would get you baneed from anywhere on 2+2. Newbies (as your other account was) get treated much more severely.

However we do have rules on content and your posts were unaceptable. They are also off the topic - the thread is for talking about policies and issues that effect the LGBTQ community.

Apart from all that welcome to Pv7.0 Not the best start for you and you lost your sports bet.

Oh, and Thanks Chez, for making this a space where these brave thinkers found their posts deleted and their accounts banned within a few minutes.

Amateur pseudo-diagnostics shouts itself down.

The trick to posting the day after you're banned is not to announce you're a banned poster in the same thread. Kind of seems silly for me to try and engage with such colossal stupidity.

Bumping for recent Trump thread transgender intersections.

Apparently you are unaware of how laws are passed in a Republic.

Are you defending leaving children in hot cars? How about letting children drink alcohol? Are you not the boss of them or their parents?

How big of a ****ing moron are you?

Maybe a huge one. Still nowhere near dumb enough to post McInnes vids and expect anyone to take it seriously.

Jiggy. I've deleted your posts linking and quoting McInnes.

There have been plenty of warnings I'm giving you a 1 day timeout.

You are not in charge of transgender people and why would many ones of them ever choose for you to be?
08-05-2017 , 11:12 PM
Jiggy I've deleted your latest post as you're on a timeout. If you continue to flagrantly ignore the timeout you will get a temp ban.

So is anyone else here LGBTQI?
