fox news is fake news

they are globalist corporate entities that only want to make money, why do you keep bringing it up as if that excuses the rag that is cnn.

It doesn't excuse CNN, they're total garbage. But the reason most people (like, for example, OP here) hate on them isn't because they actually give a **** about standards in the media - they don't - but rather because CNN criticizes Daddy Trump and thus they must be taken down.

As long as you apply the same standard to Fox that you do to CNN, hate away.

Fox has better music.
06-27-2017 , 09:52 PM
Fox is more misogynistic, but they balance that out by having way hotter reporters.

how many people got fired for Faux News' breathless coverage of the Seth Rich conspiracy theory garbage, again?

I've been saying for years that CNN was fake. This is why I get all my information from The Fve and Tucker Carlson.

I wonder if Bill Clinton's paperwork was on the up and up when he gave his Moscow speech, once again - WHILE she was Secretary of State.

Once again, another nothing burger. Keep tryin' though.

You guys need to think through your dumb conspiracy theories a little better.
If by 'pretty stupid' you mean the 'The Stupidest Thing Yet' then +1.

This whole thing hinges on the idea that not only do they not know there are multiple definitions of 'bull****' they apparently don't know precisely what any of those definitions are.

Also what LK said:

To a casual observer, it might seem like the problem is with the administration that lies on a daily basis to any and everyone. The casual observer might also notice that these are the same tactics the Putin admin uses to remain in power perpetually. Somehow, I don't think that's a problem for people gleefully reposting fascist propaganda and praying for dear leader to smite their enemies.

This is politifact's rebuttal to the claim that the Clinton's got paid by Russia for granting them a Uranium deal:
Quote:
"Russian speech money to Bill"

In 2010, Renaissance Capital, a Russian investment bank, paid Bill Clinton $500,000 to deliver a speech, according to Hillary Clinton’s 2010 financial disclosure form.

Some critics of the Clintons have suggested this speaking fee might have been an attempt by Renaissance Capital to curry favor with the State Department, which was involved in the Uranium One deal at the time.

But it’s important to keep in mind that Bill Clinton regularly delivers speeches for fees of $500,000 or higher — such as a $750,000 speech in Hong Kong in 2011, paid for by a Swedish communications company, and a $600,000 speech in the Netherlands, also in 2011, paid for by a Dutch finance corporation.

Also, Renaissance Capital regularly invites world leaders to speak at its events, like former British Prime Minister Tony Blair and former U.S. Secretary of State Colin Powell.
That is one crap rebuttal. An investigation into Hillary for illegal partnering with Russia would seem much more warranted. I'm not a lawyer, but I just have this notion that you're not allowed to take huge sums of money from foreign oligarchs while permitting them Uranium purchases.

Are the news networks engaging in fake news by not reporting on Hillary's corruption? I do consider it lying by omission which should qualify as fake news in some important sense (although WSJ did a very thorough piece covering Hillary's corruption but it's behind a pay wall).

Are we going to start investigating the department heads of all the other agencies involved in that deal?

Agreed on all counts. Trump has been good for all media - Left, Right and Center. It'll be even better when the #FakeNews finally flushes themselves out though.

How long did Fox cover Seth Rich? (Note, Hannity addressed on Twitter today that he paused his coverage because the family asked him to).

Also, was Seth Rich murdered?

(I'll give you a hint, there's more evidence that Seth Rich was murdered than Russia hacked the DNC servers.)

Maybe just limit investigations to those agency heads who accepted (or had a family member accept) outrageous sums of money from Russian oligarchs while the deal was pending.

Fair enough?

There was a period before the debasing effects of state capitalism were able to take hold in earnest. There used to be a lot of different outlets as well as a demand for substance. But what capitalism does to markets is consolidate ownership within industries and orient products or product associations toward more base human impulses, like fear and sex. So now you have CNN breaking coverage of something substantial in order to cover Justin Berber's latest temper tantrum. Money which once went to foreign bureaus was re-routed into hyping fear campaigns of shark attacks and Afrincanized bees (my personal favorite).
