Cheese Cheese

In this thread we're going to talk about cheese because we're unchained Nd cheese and delicious. And republicans probably don't like cheese as a whole.

I'm on my phone so pictures will have to come later but here's a list of super delicious cheeses off the top of my head.

Beechers flagship
Beechers just jack
Beechers dulcet
Tillamook extra sharp cheddar
Rogue smokey blue
This smoked Gouda from TJs
Campfire jack
Cirrus Camembert
At this point I run out of brands.
Brie and Camembert are yum.
I just discovered fontina and holy cow. I thought it was like, super hard and sharp but no! It was fatty and creamy tasty

Provolone goes great with a roast beef sandwich. And gruyere and a croque Madame. Mmm

Epoisses Berthaut, mature Mimolette, Reblochon.

Possibly the 3 best cheeses in the world.

Democrats passed a law to make cheese illegal in New York for health reasons. Wtf is that ****?

This thread will make you constipated. We need a roughage thread to counteract.

What are the best low- and lactose-free cheeses? I hear the hard cheeses should fit this category, but I don't really know what those are. Aged cheddar maybe? Parmesan? Romano?

Until the Germans build armoured infantry that is fast enough to catch a Frenchman in full flight and strong enough to pull a Frenchman off his sister, you can't.

My life got much better when I realized cheese plate was a viable dinner option. Note the step up in class in plate #3 thanks to my wife's birthday present.

This is a small batch artisanal cheese I recently sampled at the local bowling alley courtesy of some guy named Skip. He accompanied it with a 2 month old Busch Light (canned), a small box of saltines and some vacuum packed beef jerky from 7-11.

A couple times per year I work my way through a box of Carr's and a jalapeno cheese ball, oh god.

That's as soft as I'll go, though -- it still needs to require a knife for smearing. People seem nuts for runny baked brie, but I don't know. All that sliming and congealing, ehhh.
