So can we write him letters in jail?

A few of the sheeple websites say Adam 'The Man Snitch' Kokesh is out and about. No peep from the lazy dirty damn 'statist' MSM however. Speaking of the MSM, The Washington Post has an update, with a little more regarding The Man's cell phone scheme...

Quote:
...Court papers show that prosecutors offered the plea deal in a Monday letter sent to Kokesh’s attorney... prosecutors believed that Kokesh tried to sneak a cellphone into the jail Oct. 22... if Kokesh accepted the plea, he would not face additional charges regarding the phone.

Kokesh’s attorney... said it was the second plea deal presented to his client... “We evaluated the case against him and the likely outcome and made a judgment that this was the best thing to do,”...
So here's what we do we know at this time...

Well Adam The Man made a plea deal. He got two benefits that we know of... four months walking around time to get his affairs in order before he is sentenced, and immunity from this alleged cell phone incident. And he might well have gotten a significant third benefit: a reduced sentence.

Also (and to correct a misunderstanding I expressed earlier ITT) Adam The Man, after four days in jail back in May, had his felony resisting charge from the Philly 'Smoke Down' reduced to citations. So AFAIK he only has the VA guns and shrooms charges still pending trial.

What we don't know yet...

We don't know what really happened with the cell phone and his change in lawyers. The timeline is this: 10-22 alleged attempt to smuggle cell phone to Adam The Man in the can; 10-23 his 'Liberty' Movement lawyer is replaced in an 'emergency' court hearing; 11-3 prosecutors make second plea agreement offer, including immunity for the alleged cell phone incident; 11-6 Adam The Man Snitch pleads guilty.

If it was the second plea bargain offer, and that offer now included immunity from this alleged cell phone incident... we can reasonably surmise that the first offer was better for Adam The Man. Just how much of Adam The Man's negotiating leverage was damaged, and how much additional sentencing time was added, remains a mystery.

What we do know is that some bargain was made... Adam The Man Snitch got some real somethings... and he agreed to give up real somethings too. And since the only something real an indigent, homeless, convicted felon, with no visible means of support, can give up... is his fellow criminal types, we know what's going to necessarily happen here...

Who in the 'Liberty' Movement / R(Love)ution Long Con is Adam The Man Snitch going to snitch out ??

Hey LirvA, I've been meaning to show you this:

This is the aftermath of me getting kicked in the head by the Maroon 5 guy as he was gyrating around on stage while I was working security at a concert. I'm the guy on the left with the lanyard. Fun night. Saw Paul McCartney perform that night, too. He did six songs, and only two of them were Beatles songs. And one of them was "Magical Mystery Tour." That was lame, but at least I got to cross him off the bucket list.

I also met Emma Watson that night, and if memory serves, you're quite the fan.

Anyway, I'm putting this in this thread because I think you'll think it's kind of neat, and I always enjoy seeing you whiplash back and forth from "Mayo, you're a racist baby-killing fascist" to "Mayo, you're A-OK in my book, big guy" mode.

But yeah, lol @ this gutless Kokesh loser.

EDIT:

Also, LirvA, I worked security at the WSOP ME final table and was there when the panda guy got taken off stage, as this INDISPUTABLE photograph demonstrates:

Seems like good spot to thank Mayo for his service. Thanks, dude!
11-07-2013 , 11:07 AM
Thanks for your service, Airman Mayo, and more importantly, thanks for rustling Lirva's jimmies.
11-07-2013 , 12:04 PM
My jimmies were probably rustled the day I found out Santa Claus wasnt real too, so he probably deserves a little slack.

I am surprised the threats from Lirva dont get any attention from the higher ups. Lirva is known to be armed and unstable and all hell would break loose if he ever followed through.
11-07-2013 , 12:33 PM
The higher ups have explicitly said it's okay.

Indeed, that hapless fool LirvA cannot be banned. If we needed proof, which we don't as what rjoefish says above is correct, LirvA's non-banned 'work' ITT should easily suffice. Combined below without edits...

The constitution is irrelevant in amurica. ~~~ Worse. He's a liberal. ~~~ People with guns are bad so we need people with guns to break into their house and lock them in a cage cause that's what freedom is all about baby! ~~~

[Shame Trolly !!!1!] reminds me of Rob Reiner in that episode of South Park where he's trying to ban smoking. Just a weasly little scum sucking piece of **** of a human being, lurched over his computer with a pot belly and jelly doughnut crumbs stuck in his 50 year old beard. What a creepy little sick ****. ~~~

He's just mentally defective. ~~~ [Shame Trolly !!!1!,] Adam Kokesh is a true hero with balls of steel. The kind of guy I'd want my kids to look up to if I ever had any. ~~~

Kill yourself [Trolly McTrollson]. troll.gif ~~~ Hi SenorKeeed I like you and don't want you to kill yourself. ~~~ Kill yourself. No no, seriously kill yourself you fascist piece of human garbage. ~~~ The next time the government ****s you in the ass I hope you think of me. ~~~ What are you going to teach your son, bend over and take it like a bitch because the government owns you? ~~~ No, thank Hendrix. ~~~ L.o.l indeed. ~~~ You're a much better computer poster than politics [jjshabado]. ~~~

That's not psycho, that's standard. Disgusting enablers of fascism like yourself are enemies of individual freedom, and you should remove yourself from the gene pool, for the sake of humanity, cause you sick ****s pass that **** on to your kids, and now we have worry about them existing, and we have to tell them to kill themselves, and it's just a vicious cycle, and it would all end if you would simply kill yourself. thx ~~~

You remind me of this scum sucking piece of **** Eric Holder. http://www.koco.com/news/politics/Ex...?absolute=true Yeah gee, what are those crazy ****ers doing to become so radicalized. They must have really gotten off track to become such radicals. It's not like what the U.S. government does has any effect at all, it's not like using war as a ****ing industry is a bad thing, it's not like locking innocent non violent people in a ****ing cage for years is a terrible thing to do, it's not like controlling every ****ing aspect of everyone's ****ing lives is horrible, these people are just ****ing wackos, and their radicalization and self radiclization is so perplexing, and dangerous. We must fear the boogymen that they are, and expand state power, and put the foot on the gas pedal and keep going in the same direction. ~~~

Yeah I can't wait to be up like you [rjoefish]. Some day I'll have a decent paying job and STILL be on the ****ing EBT card. ~~~

Funny thing, after they arrested Kokesh, I called that police department and told them I saw a man with a gun in the same square they arrested Kokesh. I told them it was some guy in a blue suit with a shiny badge getting out of a black and white car. The woman said it was probably an officer, and I said "well having guns is illegal, isn't it?" She hung up on me. Crazy world we live in. A guy who never harmed anyone gets locked in a cage for standing up for his rights, and goons that go around assaulting and robbing people on a daily basis get the go ahead. Standard. ~~~

LetsGambool, I noticed you have a similiar dynamic with JiggsCasey as you do me. Can you tell me why you are naturally gravitated to attack people with dissenting views? As an aside, is your favorite Kubrick film 2001: A Space Oddyssey, and is your favorite part the one with the pack of monkeys? Have you groomed your leader lately? ~~~

Please tell me how a guy who was in war and carried a firearm to protect his life is more dangerous to the general public than a gang of hoodlums who have subjective authority to assault and kidnap people based on arbitrary rules they didn't consent to. ~~~

It's like an entire troop of the damn things itt ---------- Last edited by LirvA; Yesterday at 08:08 PM. Reason: I'm surrounded by statist monkeys with their **** under each others finger nails ~~~ Here's my problem with you people. Talking to you people makes me want to do bad things to you people. So I'm pretty much done talking to you people right now, less I give in to my baser instincts. ~~~

Mayo delivers bombs to brown communities ~~~ lol @ you
Cliffs: This is LirvA ranting ITT: "Kill yourself... Kill yourself. No no, seriously kill yourself... ****s you in the ass I hope you think of me... your son, bend over and take it like a bitch... you should remove yourself from the gene pool, for the sake of humanity, cause you sick ****s pass that **** on to your kids, and now we have worry about them existing, and we have to tell them to kill themselves, and it's just a vicious cycle, and it would all end if you would simply kill yourself... Have you groomed your leader lately?... statist monkeys with their **** under each others finger nails".

Then he finishes up with: "Talking to you people makes me want to do bad things... so I'm pretty much done... less I give into my baser instincts". Still no ban.

Threatening to shoot his neighbors dog in a loony rant should have been the point where he got the perma-ban, to say nothing of pming a mod animal porn. The Unbannable One cannot be stopped by any craft we here possess. Only a banhammer forged in the flames of Mount Doom can unmake him.

I'll always like you on a personal level, but I'll always think you're misguided on a political level. You're not unique in these respects.

As far as your brags, seeing McCartney is about the only brag worthy thing, and in response,
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mqFLXayD6e8

still cool though, I'd love to see him.

As for your "service" to the U.S. government, if you did what Kokesh did; realized the U.S. government is an evil **** stain upon the world, hell bent on ruling every country it can put under its thumb, and you got out in protest, good for you. I don't know what your status is though, so I can't really remark beyond that.

As far as Emma Watson, eh, she's ok. I probaby wouldn't kick her out of bed, but she's certainly no Amanda Bynes, or Miley Cyrus. But they're all nothing but shiny stickers stuck to the bottom of shoes compared to Asy and Chloe from Chaos Chaos. Truly beautiful souls, and incredible artists who exist solely to express themselves artisitically, and genuininely.

Lots of people who were conscripted refused to serve in Vietnam. That's what having real principles looks like. Your heroes all seem to roll over like bitches when the going gets tough.

And you never addressed this question:

And for that matter, what right did Kokesh have to assault and kidnap people when he was an armed hoodlum in Iraq? The Iraqis had a jillion times less consent to his presence than the people of DC have to the city cops.

In Adam The Man Kokesh news today...

Well it's now been two days since The Man has been out of the can, and still the MSM hasn't confirmed the fact that he has been released. Why this press blackout ?????

Well... besides the fact that most of the MSM sheeple editors don't understand the LOLicious nature of this latest hapless fool of a PAYtriot'$ on-going demise, we have this one little pesky fact... Adam The Man hasn't got around to as yet having his promised 'official' statement and press conference. Also... today his Twitter feed vanished... along with parts of his 'official' AdamTheMan-vs-TheGoverment website.

Maybe after four months of idiotic, self-imposed, and completely pointless incarceration, he's getting a little extra-kinky 'liberty' lovin' by his 5-7 (on the rjoefish scale) 'liberty' girl, and has been busy. After all, he won't be getting any womaz-style lovin' for a long time come January. It's most likely that he'll get at least a couple of years for his DC violations, and his alleged VA violations are for up to 10 years more, with a two year mandatory minimum.

Or maybe The Man is just taking a little time to adjust to the new fourth stage in his so-far wasted life. A.Kokesh, this is your life: Child of Grifters... US Combat Marine... PAYtriot for $$$$$/Russian propaganda shill... and now... Convicted Felon.

I don't know what was more epic... (a) The Unbannable One dissembling like a 'lone wolf' terrorist, in outrage at Holder warning about 'lone wolf' terrorists, or... (b) playing the Combat Vet card and then immediately trumping it with the 'voluntary' card.

That's why...I Luv Youz Guyz; ; Change 2B ACers !!!1!

What Kokesh did was get court martialed for trying to sneak a gun into the US from Iraq. Then he took out his epic butthurt by joining the assbags and liars of the IVAW running around ****ting on the military. He managed to turn that into a paying gig ****ting on USA #1 for the Russian state propaganda machine, tho. And then came the UToobz.

LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL that's not what Kokesh did. Kokesh has made a point to brag about his military background during his trial every chance he gets. He got kicked out for taking home souvenirs and for wearing his uniform at a political rally. He hasn't renounced the US Marines as evil at all, not during his trial anyway.

Also, from wiki:

Quote:
In an interview with Washington DC's local Fox affiliate, Kokesh claimed to be 70% disabled from his military service and that he supports himself through disability payments. [15]
ahahahahahahahahahaha! "Disabled?" really? This guy isn't able-bodied enough to find work?

Remember Trolly, Lirva, Kokesh, and the other freeloaders don't find it morally wrong to take the Governments money.

I've never really understood the logic. It starts with Taxes are Theft and some how ends up with them being supported by the Government.

Edit: I'm not sure but it might have something to do with "Theft is ok when you really want something and you can't afford it.".

My father was a "Concientious Objector" from Vietnam (google the term). He fits LirvA's definition of a "hero". He'd think LirvA was an idiot, a gun nut and an idiotic sack of crap.
11-08-2013 , 10:17 AM
I don't think a drafted doctor could be a conscientious objector anyway as they would be a noncombatant.

Love this quote from his website

Quote:
On July 4th Adam Kokesh did the most epic civil disobedience in modern history because he believes in liberty and that

self-defense is a civil right. click here to see the video.
