A few of the sheeple websites say Adam '
The Man Snitch' Kokesh is out and about. No peep from the lazy dirty damn 'statist' MSM however. Speaking of the MSM,
The Washington Post has an update, with a little more regarding
The Man's cell phone scheme...
Quote:
...Court papers show that prosecutors offered the plea deal in a Monday letter sent to Kokesh’s attorney... prosecutors believed that Kokesh tried to sneak a cellphone into the jail Oct. 22... if Kokesh accepted the plea, he would not face additional charges regarding the phone.
Kokesh’s attorney... said it was the second plea deal presented to his client... “We evaluated the case against him and the likely outcome and made a judgment that this was the best thing to do,”...
So here's what we do we know at this time...
Well Adam
The Man made a plea deal. He got two benefits that we know of... four months walking around time to get his affairs in order before he is sentenced, and immunity from this alleged cell phone incident. And he might well have gotten a significant third benefit: a reduced sentence.
Also (and to correct a misunderstanding I expressed earlier ITT) Adam
The Man, after four days in jail back in May, had his felony resisting charge from the Philly 'Smoke Down' reduced to citations. So AFAIK he only has the VA guns and shrooms charges still pending trial.
What we don't know yet...
We don't know what really happened with the cell phone and his change in lawyers. The timeline is this: 10-22 alleged attempt to smuggle cell phone to Adam
The Man in the can; 10-23 his 'Liberty' Movement lawyer is replaced in an 'emergency' court hearing; 11-3 prosecutors make second plea agreement offer, including immunity for the alleged cell phone incident; 11-6 Adam
The Man Snitch pleads guilty.
If it was the second plea bargain offer, and that offer now included immunity from this alleged cell phone incident... we can reasonably surmise that the first offer was better for Adam
The Man. Just how much of Adam
The Man's negotiating leverage was damaged, and how much additional sentencing time was added, remains a mystery.
What we do know is that some bargain was made... Adam
The Man Snitch got some real somethings... and he agreed to give up real somethings too. And since the only something real an indigent, homeless, convicted felon, with no visible means of support, can give up... is his fellow criminal types, we know what's going to necessarily happen here...
Who in the 'Liberty' Movement / R(Love)ution Long Con is Adam The Man Snitch going to snitch out ?
?
