When will the issue with the sportsbook where open bets are not shown? This is extremely aggravating and I was told it would be fixed soon months ago.

They don't have a set date on when it will be fixed, if you need to get the information on your open bets then you have to talk to a rep.

bump. emailed support twice to get the info and have not received anything.

would be nice to know open bets that I have for futures.

Hey sorry if this is slightly off topic and probably beating a dead horse but is there really no way i can place bets on acr using my iPad? Lol is this for real?

You could teamviewer (or a similar program) your own computer from an ipad only way possible at the moment. Another option is getting a tablet that runs windows. I hear mobile is coming soon but I don't know if it'll cover sports.

actually an awesome idea... I wonder how it coordinates with their terms of service and stuff but I set up team viewer with my ipad and computer linked and while I didn't place any bets I had clear access to... I appreciate this suggestion, I just wonder if this gives them wiggle room for getting out of paying me or claiming I breached some service terms... I wonder if something like this is even detectable for them... appreciate the productive response brah

Made a bet using the sports book for the first time. Did it thru the acr client then it loaded up the webpage. Can't see the bet in open bets or history. Wtf? I guess I'm not the only one. Have we figured out a fix for this?

Had the same issue as others with the open bets not showing up. Now the sportsbook won't even open/launch/load. Is anyone else having this problem?

I can not believe this is still not fixed.....I am on black chip......I heard it has been fixed on TRUE... so why not here?.......hopefully if its fixed on true that they are in the process of fixing it for all the skins....been like this for months now which is really crazy.....cant see your open bets or your history.....please fix this already...

yea looks like True poker fixed it, kinda amazing acr and bcp have done nothing considering so many people have claimed that their sportsbook is the majority of their income
