Will try to be as clear as i can.

Last OSS WPN offered a deposit bonus.

I deposited and started playing to clear my bonus.

i realize that the bonus is not tracking my games properly so iam not getting paid.

Played more than 100 games but the system only tracked 18 tournaments.

Sent an email to support explaining all this, they answered me:

their support is overall pretty ****ty, no doubt, I play on True

this last instance, I did get some refunds, I was surprised, but yes, +1 to a terrible support team at WPN.

I dont know tbh, dont want to lie. I deposited 400$ to benefit from the bonus. At some point the expiration data just changed out of the blue, I contacted suport and they said no problem, it will count till the end of the old date. At that point i lost the count. It missed like 100 games ~but wtv.
As i told to people you know more than 1 month ago i would only post here if they didnt contact me till the beginning of the new OSS cause to me its just outrageous how the completely forgot to answer me. Its disrespectful.

I have no clue. The only thing i know is that 18 games were tracked from a total of 172 during that period where the bonus was active. Man, i have no clue how much is that.

Just an FYI, check SharkScope and they should have a somewhat accurate history for you.

Fwiw, I've asked about this to support ever since the update to the bonus screen because it's never seemed to update right. I've definitely been screwed out of a few hundred dollars because of it, but trying to get through to support about it was useless so I gave up. Not here to complain, but before more reload bonuses go out this needs fixed, it 100% doesn't work right.

Same here. I gave up. Winning td helped me a few times by adding money to my account. But the bonus meter is never updating properly. Support always tells me the number is correct, even though it's not even close. I give the proof of the missing tournaments and I get a, "no you're wrong sir"...

I'm only owed $5 right now from an expired bonus but it's been about 3 weeks, supposedly I still have an open support ticket on it lol. I actually got an email a week ago saying they were still working on my ticket.

The bonus meter has not budge in three days on my account. Easy to keep track of since I just started on this skin. I don't understand how some of these issues are not addressed quickly.

This has to add up to a lot of money for WPN over a year.

Annnddddd ten hours later, bonus meter STILL hasn't budged. It doesn't even seem like I am getting my player points, either.
