I've been a long time player there and having rakeback dissappearing and emailing support and no one is getting back to me (they used to be good at that) along with reading that I'm not the only one wish issues in this area, plus their store is down, plus other issues I've been reading. Am the only one thinking this way?

What do you mean rakeback disappearing? Like you have X amount in the rewards > rakeback tab and then you go look at it again next couple days and it says you have 0 dollars to redeem?

I think the rake back is automatically credited after a day of not touching it.

It's automatically credited to your balance once a week.

they credit your rb on wednesday i believe if you haven't claimed it, builds up until then otherwise
