I was talking to agent (Pablo C.) from True Poker about software issues. Issue 1. Frequent disconnects when on True Poker Issue 2. Tabs don't work all of the time or at all (Store tab for instance) - I tried to explain my situation and how their software doesn't work for me to even know I could use points for tourny bucks and asked him what he could do since the glitch in the software isn't my fault. I suggested a comp of some sort for the issue and the fact that I have donated thousands of dollars of rake to this company and have never received anything as a thank you. Anyhow, Pablo C. decided to belittle me and tell me that it is my fault and am not special and that I should be able to read like everyone else. I am sorry but that is no customer service ESPECIALLY for software that is half-trash and something that is not my fault. I am highly disappointed, this wasn't a lack of paying attention or not reading on my part, nothing on the site works so I just used what I could. Getting disconnected sucks too, it disconnects my whole home network and I have to reset it.

I am sorry to hear about the bad experience, can you PM me the ticket number or chat reference from the discussion?

As for your entire home network losing connection, this sounds like an issue with your router or AP or which ever device your using.

Do you have more details about your home network?

can you tell me if the Internet problem is now fixed? For a week there was many disconnects are these fixed?

The issue we had that caused the extended down time previously have been resolved, we are still adding in some background systems to add more levels of redundancy for our network and last night our main provider added some infrastructure changes also, but these should be invisible to the end user and not cause any disruptions.

If you are getting any kind of disconnects, please contact our support team and include details such as time, what ISP your using and where your located so we can see if there are any issues between us.

I'm not trying to get any employees in trouble or anything, but on ACR you have a few customer support agents that are just downright rude. You also have a few such as Frankie, Erick, and I think Steve(?) not sure on that last one but Frankie an Erick are always extremely polite and helpful and I'm always hoping I get one of them When I hit the chat button. But there are definitely several others who give the whole process a bad name and ALWAYS try to make it sound like any problem is our problem and pretend like the site is just fine. I'm gonna keep playing on ACR despite these problems and site issues but the way a few of the support agents talk to the players needs to be examined. I know when the site is crashing they are usually dealing with angry pissed off people but they need to take a different approach.

Yet 2 weeks later still haven't gotten my hand histories.

I've also been dealt with numerous generic customer support e-mails in the past, and I've dealt with the pablo guy in live chat and got so frustrated with him not understanding my issue and giving me generic answers i had to ask to speak to a supervisor whos primary language was english. I put in around 150k hands from may-mid september when the software crash issues started to happen, and I dont think I'm going to go back and play on WPN anymore after all the issues I have came across, it's just simply not worth it. The three things that keep me from it was from all the software glitches i had i never got any compensation or satisfaction other then it's obviously my fault and to submit my system specs to "IT" which I did and never got one response from, second being the customer service issue, and alas thirdly not being able to change my rakeback. WPN really dropped the ball imho and i tried to stick it out for a long time but it's just not even worth playing there anymore for me now

KingKong, im sorry you are feeling this way. I have been informed that you were sent the email on the 29th September with the hand history that you requested. We are locating the file now so that we can re send it.

I did finally recieve the file this afternoon, but I can assure you that there was no e-mail sent on the 29th of september with the file. Either way, it's nice to finally have the file for review purposes and its better late then not at all I suppose. Best of luck WPN, and thanks TD because I have a feeling you were behind it finally getting sent.
