The $4/180s were wildly popular on Stars, yet never even a sniff here. Would give people the chance to play a decent sized freezeout once in awhile, and with the lack of great <$10 MTT consistently would make a good alternative.

not enough traffic on the site thats why they ditched multi table sit and goes all together and introduced on demands

It would be really tough to get 180s to fill here, the closest thing would be the on-demands. The short late-reg makes them about as close to a freezeout as you're going to find these days. I like the on-demand format tbh, definitely better than waiting for everyone to join first.

9 man SNGs take forever to fill up, and I was never able to successfully start a 45 man back when they had those instead of on demands.

The only way this would work is if they gave a big multiplier for the SNC. For example, if they offered 6x SNC points, all of the regs would play and this would at least allow some 45 mans to run on a regular basis.

You need such high liquidity that even on the site that shall not be mentioned here (they have lost a lot of traffic) they had to switch their $15 180s into $15 on demands.

I do like the idea of a higher price freezeout. The OD games are good with the short late entry, but the occasional $20, 50, or 100 freezeout game would be welcome.

No no they wouldn't ....45 man sit and goes rarely fired what makes you think 90 mans will go. there's a reason MTTs have 5 hour late reg. If 90 mans would go you would see all the on demands with over 100 people since they have a late reg

I think you are right, 90 mans would run around the clock. Now if we could just get the 9 mans to fill at a decent clip everything will be right in the world.

I think people just want more freezeout from the sound of it... I guess it's terrible for any tourney that has a GTD so I can't blame them for not running them.

Perhaps 90 mans are 10x+ more popular than 9 mans
