Why cant you make a 200NL Full Ring 100bb table?

Im really confused why you cant do this. There is never 200NL full ring 100bb games, there will be 100 or 400 and the ability to stary them but there is no empty table even available to be able for me to start these games. Why?

Pretty sure it has something to do with most recent update. Same thing happened to multiple cash game formats but were fixed, 200nl FR probably wasn't noticed because like you said it never runs. The real question here is why would you want play nitmax when you can play 6max?
