has anybody ever gotten this pop up when trying to open the client? i havent been able to open it for a full 24 hours, it just gives me this message and thats it. i have black chip poker and betcoin, i am getting the error for both clients.

What skin is that for?

I get that all the time. I reboot my computer and it's resolved. Do you use table tamer? Might have something to do with it as I do.

no table tamer. restarting computer didnt help. uninstalled programs going to reinstall and see if that helps

Well if it's not table tamer causing it, I guess we do have a problem because I get that every single time I login and am forced to reboot to fix the problem. Hmmm....

i get the error quite often on True. It almost 100% certainly has to do something with JP's or SNG 2.0. i use tabletamer but the error always occurs when im playing JPs(havent played 2.0 in a long time, so not sure on that end) I have assumed it had something to do with TT but I always use TT so I can't say if that's causing the error

edit for an update: there are times where i get the illegal operation error but i can keep playing. Pretty sure this is not always the case but this is also why im certain the error comes from the lobby/JP/SNG 2.0 side; I am able to keep playing on the client, even though the "client error" message is present(in the background but there is a tab in the bottom tray for "client error" message) Anyway, even with the error present i am able to perfectly play regular SNGS and the SNG lobby works but nothing else does(tabs, cashier, etc(i think))

for awhile i thought it was an isolated incident on my end but hearing others are experiencing it gives me some comfort. Its still a problem obv.

I was able to get the client installed but i had to completely uninstall it from my computer, every file by using a super uninstall program. I was able to install it and get it working after that. pretty stressfull

I get an error when trying start ACR as well. I uninstalled and reinstalled and same error. It tells me the shortcut cannot be found.

It is not connected to jackpots, SNG 2.0 etc... I have it happen on True and have never played any of them on that skin, not even ring games.

When you get that message that it cannot install the .exe file, you have to abort it. Go to the TruePoker folder on your c: drive and delete it and the contents. Go to your download folder and delete the download file. Then re-download the software and it will install fine, just waste of your time.

I only have it with the True skin. Sometimes a reboot works and other times it doesn't, like for the last hour this morning.

I have this issue also... like last poster stated sometimes a computer restart allows me to open the client, sometimes not. I have tried a full uninstall and reinstall but same problem persists. I have never used table tamer or anything like that, just HM2.

Have been getting the illegal operation error almost constantly since last Friday. My client will freeze, I will have to close it. Then while trying to open, I get the illegal operation message every time and have to restart my computer mid-games, which is very uncool.

I have updated computer, uninstalled and re-installed client. If I didn't get rid of my table mods, I wouldn't even be able to play on the client for more than 15 mins. Once I removed table mod, client only freezes every 2 hours or so, and will generally re-open without the error, but not always.

Idk what you're going to do about it, but can assure you that's its the client doing it for whatever reason. Maybe you guys got mad about table mods, no idea. But for me its not even worth trying to grind right now.

I'm getting the same error much of the time when I open True Poker.

I have to reboot and then it "might" start the next time I try. Sometimes I've had to reboot multiple times.

You need to delete all traces of ACR from your computer. Delete the console, completely, then go to your c: drive and find the ACR folder. Delete all the contents and the folder itself. Then check to see if your Download folder has the software zip file in it. If it is there, delete that , too. Then go to their site, download the software again and you should be fine.

was having gateway errors too but seems fine now... the other guys might want to uninstall WPN and reinstall in another directory...

ok but if this doesnt work then what... this problem is 100 percent ACRs problem not my computer. whatever recent updates have happened changed something somewhere as i was always able to play except for the past week or two
