I opted in to the promotion and played a ton of plo8/NLO8 hands, and the bonus bonus doesn't even show up on my client. Do plo8/nlo8 hands count, and if so can you fix this for me? SN is sickread23 on ACR tyty

NLO counts too tho from what I can tell. Important to make that distinction as people seem to avoid the nl tables.

Hey Winning_TD my bonus is now showing as “expired”.. from how i understood it the bonus clearing should be a 60 day period starting tomorrow right?

So when I click redeem in the bonus section it does nothing. Do you need to activate the bonus or does it work on it's own?

So since I posted that I played a couple of sessions and now it's updated properly. I also hit the "redeem" button repeatedly cuz it didn't do anything right away. That might have done something...

Just to get this right from the reading I've done, you need to rake $5 to unlock $1 worth of bonus right? The official stuff says action points but you might as well be talking metric to an American with that stuff as I have rakeback. I was reading a thread that said something like you need to rake 5x the amount of the bonus to clear all of it.

So if you have a $100 bonus you need to rake $500, is that right?

Update: mine appears to also be showing properly now except for one part. I could be wrong but I though the promo said we had 60 days to clear the bonus. I’m showing that it is set to expire on 2-5-18. Is this an error?

the last day of bonus on the 17th me hasn't been added

and the same issues as others. played hands no progress to clearing bonus.

I am also having an issue. I played 1200 hands in the last 24 hours (toward bonus progress) and not one is showing up in bonus area. Support was a nightmare. Offered no help and no explanation. Asked for a supervisor, who was no better. What is the deal?

Give 24 more hours it usually take some time for it to track and it may track for one skin and not the other

So it may not work for everyone just yet give it time

Still showing $0/$1,100 for me despite having played many raked hands since the promotion ended.

Is there something specific we're supposed to do to activate the bonus? I see it under the "QUEUE" section of the rewards tab but it shows 0%.
