I was just told support that bitcoin withdrawals take 4 days.

Then he told me they are normally processed the next day but are subject to a 15 day review. when I asked to a link about the 4 days thing.
"Then he said "Ok, 15 business days."

Then I was disconnected. This is the most positive experience I have had with live chat. This company is by far the worst I have ever experience in terms of customer service. By a lot.

I have forwarded this on to the CS manager.

However, i see you are trying to provoke him and give him a hard time.

He fell straight into the trap which obviously isnt good.

For all you that say we have bad customer service, i do have to disagree with you. Even though sometimes you dont get the responses you want you also have to remember these are just normal people trying to make money.

They sit in the most boring training for 2 weeks and learn what they need to but there is no training to learn how to deal with customers being rude.

Nobody likes calling or dealing with any customer service but you also need to help them help you.

Kinda have to agree with Winning_TD here.
Typically when you're working with customer service insulting or goading them won't really get you what you want.

Is that a joke? He literally just straight up told me a lie in hopes I'd go away. I would have never goaded him had that not happen.
I'm assuming there are chat logs and I've interacted with live chat plenty of times being nothing but courteous only to be disconnected and lied to.

That's a way of being rude.
To be fair, OP have the right to get information on his account and money, but i realized that with poker rooms service, you always get what you give. I never had any problem in 4 years with all poker rooms, and even if there's a problem, i will ask them politely and thank them for their effort and they are more likely to help me and be kind in return.

Most people who work for them are the same people who work in an average job, means they work for the salary. So if you're sitting all day replying to mails and some exceptions (not saying original poster was overly rude) write you and start insulting you for the time you try to help them and that isn't in their control, they'll just say goodbye to you and leave you with your problems. If they get kicked out, they'll find a new job probably lol.

WTF? I expect more from you WTD.

What "trap" was set? Seriously? I don't mind the sub par customer service you guys have, since you guys aren't the biggest site in the world, but that's BS. I don't usually recount my ventures with customer support here, and most of them have been fine but about 1 in 5 times I call talk to support they are completely incompetent.

1 in 5 is NOT a good rate.

I have nothing to gain by posting my horror stories with support, and like I said it's only like 1 in 5, but that's just not OK when we're talking about a site that handles our money.

Just sayin.

This is pretty sick...your asking a question you already know the answer to and then you get snotty when he gives you your answer....if this is the worst customer service youve ever received then you haven't done much in your life.

JUST HAD A LIVE CHAT WITH THE REP NAMED "MIA M," A TOTALLY INCOMPETENT AND IGNORANT ONE. HOW DOES THIS PERSON GET TO KEEP HER JOB? BY ***KING ****S? TOTALLY DISGUSTED.
