Transcripts of customer service chat not Emailed

Every time when I am finished with the cs chat, I click the email button to get an email of the transcript. I have received ZERO emails of these transcripts in the nine months i have been playing here. I've checked my spam folder. Does anybody else have this problem?

This is certainly the company's fault, but anyway, how difficult is it to take screenshots of the chat window?

Yes, I always request transcripts to be emailed and they never come. I don't believe that feature works.
