Tourney winnings stolen by ACR?

I have a friend whose screen name is Roonshow who got 2nd in a tourney for 1200 on or around feb 22 and ACR kept the winnings. He previously had an account on true poker suspended for cussing out support. He then opened an account on ACR and since he was able to deposit thought it was all good. After he got 2nd in tourney he tried to withdrawal the money and ACR took it. How can ACR keep the money? What did ACR do with the money? Can the ACR rep look into this? Thanks

sounds like he deserved it
ACR doesn't deserve the money though, they should readjust the winnings for 3rd 4th and so on as if he never played

How in your right mind does swearing at a rep equate to having your tournament money stolen and redistributed to 3rd and 4th place? My guess though is there has to be more to it.

And much like any poker site won't discuss YOUR account with a 3rd party, they are not going to discuss the specifics (obv there is more to the story here) of "your friends" account with you or on a public forum, so if you get any response here from the ACR Rep it will probably just say that they won't be discussing it publicly.
