Was having no problems, now everything is paused? Not sure why you guys don't test your updates before releasing them to make sure they don't break the site.

This is horrible...In 14th in the $20k ($28+2) - just flopped a set and tourney froze, big stack to my right was pre-flop aggressor....was gonna double.

Called ACR and the rep said they had no reports of any issues (REALLY?)

How are we supposed to know? I'm down a ton today and the only shot I have at turning it around is the 5 MTTs I have left so the obv answer is of course they are going to cancel.

(typically they pause and then restart unless it is realllllllly bad, which it doesn't seem to be as I've seen nothing wrong at any of my tables all night)

I'm under the impression this isn't the first time this has happened so ppl might have an idea based on the past

I just tried calling the support number (877-314-4195). It says that the number is no longer in service! Currently in live chat...

I cant even open my tables. Do I have to keep trying or will they auto open?

I hate this site so ****ing much. Same **** for 5 years...... Awesome that the $30K I was top 5 in was 3 before the money so I don't get a chip chop for my 7 hours of play. Such a joke.

This is horrible. I call and then the reps are like, everything is running fine no problems at all. I'm like..I'm not lying something is wrong and the table are pausing up and everything disappeared. It's like they refuse to believe you. Everything is working on our end, etc. I'm on poker host. Terrible when they don't even believe you. Makes you think things are hopeless and you will lose all your money. I am beyond disappointed tonight with wpn.

"This table has been removed, go to the lobby and choose another table"

Then I go to my new table, it says "tourney suspended by host."

Got closed out of my tables, but now see them again. Fingers crossed...... really hope I didn't waste my entire day for a ****ing refund.

Pokerhost is horrible, for one, but WPN support sucks too, so....

Pretty sure if you're not in the money, but I could be wrong. I basically quit MTTs because of this ****, so I don't remember exactly.

Now the rep won't even answer me. This is definitely common and I've had it happened a few times before.

It depends on where you are in the tournament what they do if the games don't restart.

If you're ITM I think they chip chop it. I've had it happen at a final table and chop by place at the time. Out of the money I know they chip chop.

I just got a message on my table saying restart at :25 after. I guess we'll see.
