Is there a way to lower CPU usage from the client?

I am streaming with OBS, HM2, Table Tamer, and the Black Chip Client. I have lowered all of the settings in OBS to make it more efficient, and I am playing 6-8 tables. My CPU is being maxed out, causing lag. The Black Chip client is taking up the most resources.
Is there anyway to lower the resources it uses?
I am using a laptop with an i5-5200U and Intel 5500 graphics.

Win enough money to buy a faster processor. And avoid "U" versions if you are looking for performance, as they are geared towards optimal battery life over performance. You could try going into power settings and selecting the high performance power plan, but this will likely make little difference.
