I just want to thank you guys for the work you put in to running your site. You could easily done what other sites have done and made your product worse for the players and slightly more profitable and easier for yourselves, but you didn't.

You have this forum for ANYBODY to come and post about whatever issue they have. You guys take **** left and right from people you will never see and still work to make a better product. You have to take the blame for the ill intentions of others, and still try to help the stupid person who will still blame you and ****-talk you even after you helped them.

Nobody is perfect and those of us that have brains do understand there will be certain issues from time to time. We can't expect you to fix the site overnight. I'll gladly deal with some bugs as long as the games continue to get better. We're not really sweating all the small stuff.

I guess I just want to say thank you for providing most of the things poker players need from a poker site. There certainly could be more positive feedback here.

Wow. Virtue poker will soon be challenging poker stars... Let alone WPN.. They know they will be doomed to competition in no time, so why develop the software anymore than it already is? Functional is sufficient for them.

I wouldn't say I romanticized anything. I don't know what tone you put on the post, but I'm basically saying I'm surprised any of them are still working. Maybe they don't see these threads or have most of them ignored by now, but I know I wouldn't be doing a ****ing thing for anybody if this forum was the feedback.

Well, we do kind of pay their bills, so there is always that incentive. I thank them everyday by firing up their site not knowing if it's going to work correctly, that's thanks enough, right?

There is nothing wrong with thanking WPN, it's just funny coming from you because all you ever do is praise them no matter what is happening. I have a lot of appreciate for WPN and have been a loyal customer for many years. They have lots of good people working there (and some not so great), so I guess, THANK YOU WPN! Maybe post the thread after they do one of the many, many things they have promised to do that isn't ever done either at all or on time?

If you play every day you know the site is going to work correctly most of the time. The disconnection issues are ridiculous, and the software is buggy. But what am I supposed to say that hasn't already been said? Am I supposed to join the bandwagon just to look cool?

It's not so much the content of the posts as the attitudes behind them. Maybe it's that entitlement you speak of. Something sure makes a lot of people around here into elitists.

I would bet that most/all of the people that constantly complain tend to be pretty new to poker or have losing accounts. With that said, it makes sense that any site reps that watch over posts take into account recommendations/complaints from those that make reasonable posts. First ones out the window are the rigged and supposed bot identifiers with no evidence. The members that put together lucid posts should get legitimate consideration and probably do to some extent.

Hate to sound like a suckup, I really like the WPN network, thats even with a brutal 7 month shellacking last year. I like to take a pragmatic approach, when I'm not destroying my keyboard from a donkey call being paid off on the river.
