You guys might literally have the worst support team ever. I am going on 15+ mins and the dude has messaged me one time informing me that he is "going to pull up my account" This isn't the first time either, support routinely takes way too long.

Not really looking for anything to be done, I am sure nothing will be. Just here to vent!

You guys are good on here, support through chat/email not so great.... Phone support is usually helpful as well.

But there is a reason it is in almost every thread and that is because the customer service department is at best terrible. I will give credit to the reps here for doing a good job under tough circumstances, they should be the bar the rest of the network should aspire to reach.

As a side note, I don't understand why you feel the need to come to the defence of the network everytime someone wants to voice their displeasure. I don't know if you just happen to wear rose coloured glasses but WPN is their own worst enemy. Can you imagine how much bigger the network would be if they were to try raising their own standards. Unfortunately until the people in charge realize that they can do a much better job overall the network will just tread water. So please stop patting WPN on the back and telling them it's ok they tried their best. They need to be told that they are capable of so much more.

Every CS everywhere with every company is terrible. Period. In my experience, I'd take WPN support over any internet providers support in the world. This isn't news. They should hire you to take all the calls mate, I'm sure you can handled dip****s cussing you out over nothing all day.

I haven't posted in a month and you still have a problem with me? Jesus man, I'm only pointing out the obvious. Every single poker site I have ever played on has terrible CS. WPN is actually on the better side.

I'm sorry the site isn't progressing like you want. I'm sorry they wont throw money away to appease every single player they have. I'm sorry I don't agree with you.

It is an unfortunate state for online poker in America where there is no longer a strive by any network for excellence.

And if you have any doubt in a lack of consumer confidence ask yourself how many people have faith that sng 2.0 will actually be released March 15th. If it is anywhere 50/50 I would be amazed.

hey I'm not sure how to use the forum to much but I see you've been helpful,, I just won a 15+.75 deadline satty to the 50k HSW and it didn't enter me into the tourney. I'm on a Mac and have been having problems re entering tourneys in general recently.. just says client crashes. live support is doing nothing what can I do to get the 109 or an entry to a tourney

I just won a 15+.75 deadline satty to the 50k HSW and it didn't enter me into the tourney. I'm on a Mac and have been having problems re entering tourneys in general recently.. just says client crashes. live support is doing nothing what can I do to get the 109 or an entry to a tourney

I wasn't talking about just online poker. I was talking about CS in general for all things that have CS. People will always have a problem they feel isn't being handled correctly. You're always going to have a problem with it because its never going to be 100% perfect

How many people do you know that make it a career path to be a CS rep? I'm not saying the people that do it are dumb, but who wants to be *****ed at for something you can't control and half the time have never even heard of the complaint being made? And even when you can help, its not enough for chopsy because its not "excellence". Maybe they do strive for it but how would we ever know when they take 10 mins to do something and that's not fast enough...

What is really everyone's problem is the difference in time they feel it should take to resolve an issue and the time it actually takes. So they come here, and spout off about bad CS and then when their issue gets resolved, as it always will, they disappear until they have another issue they fell wasn't handled fast enough for their liking. Rinse, repeat.

Basically only the negative is going to end up here, and the positives are never spoken of.

Length of time to resolve issues is only the tip of the iceberg when it comes to problems cs has. The cs team has shown time and time again that they have no clue on how to handle a issues that are presented to them. And who's fault is that, well that would be WPN management for not putting their own people in a position to succeed.

It's really sad that you are willing to except such sub standard performance just to play poker. And even though I dislike almost every post you make you deserve better from online poker in America, I wish you could see that.

I don't know if you're old and crazy, or just lonely and like to talk to strangers, but if you could kick the habit of encountering WPN CS often enough to have such a strongly negative opinion (at least as strongly negative as you are about every single thing WPN does or plans to do) that you ignore any reasoned response, everyone would be a lot better off.

We are never going to agree because you hate WPN and I enjoy playing there. I really don't know what reality you live in mate, but I'm done trying to get through to you lol. Please stop fighting for perfect CS in my name tho. I couldn't care less if they never change anything about it. If its that severe of a problem, Ill PM a rep here.

Well it could very well be that I am old and crazy but I definitely don't make a habit of dealing with cs. But to your point how many bad experiences does a person have to have to be turned off the site? My guess is that a new rec player will limit their experiences to one and then are turned off the network forever. Is that what you reall want?

As for your second point I don't hate WPN, I hate mediocrity. In fact I want to give WPN my business but I refuse to until the management team gets organized. How many times has WPN dropped the ball on timeframes, changes, etc? In fact if WPN took my views that you should be pushing yourself to do better everyday we all would be better off.

Yep, def old and crazy and now on ignore. If a player stops playing poker because of CS, then they weren't a player that was going to play much anyway. The site is absolutely full of bad regs and rec fish that all think they are really good at poker. Its an absolute dream already. So if you and a couple others are that upset about a CS experience , then don't play. Simple as that. You will not hear a complaint from me that your $50 was not on the table.

Funny that new MTT schedule was on time.... GTD increases in MTT's were on time. OSS's are on time, cash games have always been kinda dead, but they are fine... So you're down to problems with specialty games like Jackpot and SNG 2.0. SO yea, if you're upset about that, then don't play, go somewhere else. Or stay here all day and bash the site.

This doomsday theory you have doesn't compute. As the site continues to grow and get new players.

Had a P2P taking forever earlier, messaged chat to see what the deal was... He greets me and gets my log in name and says 1 minute, returns 22 minutes later and says "your btc payment failed, contact your wallet". I explained once again, I was asking about a P2P trade and that if there was a BTC withdraw it definitely was not me. He disappears for another 10 minutes and says " you meant WU or MG withdraw?" Nooooo dude, player 2 player, another 10 minutes goes by as I'm worried my account is compromised. Mean while all my transfers finally hit and he comes back to say "oh, sorry, wrong person I have too many calls/chats"

That was like an hour of my day for no reason at all, how is this anywhere near acceptable? Wish I copies that transcript. Reps here are good, for the most part, but your tier 1 support is the absolute worst I've ever seen for any company..... ever. It's a joke you guys let that go on in a spot all fish will go to for help, as they are less likely to look here.

Honestly, I don't even bother with site support now. If an issue arises, I contact WTD and normally within an hour the issue is resolved.

Having said that, I agree with the statement that when the average customer (non 2+2 members) have issues, I'm sure they're getting frustrated with the tier 1 support staff. If they're looking to donk off a buy-in or two and an issue comes up the last thing a rec/degen wants to do is duck with support for hours... I'm sure this is costing the site and regs money in the long run. When Joe Sausagehead decides its too much of a hassle dealing with support they'll just move onto the next network... Sucks but what are we gonna do? 'Murica....
