I have currently been waiting for a conclusion from security in a matter since opening weekend of football sept 10thish
apparently they need more time to "investigate".
I noticed in another thread regarding the PLO bots...wpnrep said security is already been made aware.
The problem is if security can't act quickly then every second they don't come to conclusions players are open to unfair game play.
I think security needs afire lit under their bum by CEO
maybe all of our frustration really should be placed on that front.
as I was told reps and security have no exchange of info during the security process.
why these outdated processes are still relevant IDK.
old outdated policies when online poker has changed somuch
time to update the policy and start outing things to the players
confidence is at an all time low
even if we the players report things and something is found wewillnever knowand will never receive due compensation from unfair gameplay
I must say I read another thread fromanother network and they handled the bot to refund and communication to players very well
It's strange to want to run to another site that openly admits they had an issue, but I actually find comfort in knowing at least if in this crazy climate of online poker I will be taken care of if I am cheated

as a matter of fact I am going to deposit to that other site and give them some action(ya know the thing that keeps poker sites going) to show my appreciation as a long time online poker player
what you need to understand and apparently don't is a majority of players feel everyday they were cheated well since the history of online poker most crazy nuts but some actually are, if at no point in the history of WPN anyone has heard of anyone getting compensation from being cheated(yeah unfair gameplay is being cheated)
