At some point during my sessions the sound effect that plays when the timebank is activated begins to play on an infinite loop every 5 seconds or so. Doesn't matter if i close all the tables the only thing that stops it is restarting the client.

Then why even post in this thread?? It's a serious issue when you are 12 tabling and you are looking around to find the table you are timing out on and it's not there, and eventually you stop paying attention to the sound altogether and you end up actually timing out on tables.

I have this problem and to me it is a serious issue. When I was grinding the beast it drove me crazy, every 10 minutes or so I had to force restart the program and eventually just gave up and had to listen to a warning noise for 12 hours a day. Another super annoying thing about it is that there is a bug when you have a different program selected the ACR tables don't pop up correctly, so when you hear the warning noise you have to check every table to make sure you aren't actually timing out from a table not popping up, which also makes it so you can't just disable the noise or you will actually time out all the time. It has made me want to break my desk in half and jump head first out of my window many times.

Yeah the sound glitch is annoying. Have to either mute the application or ctrl+shift+escape and end task, trying to get the application back and signed in in time to play your tables - since you can't exit the program normally without closing out the tables. Restarting the program like that moves and resizes all my tables as well upon login, which is another annoyance.

This happens to me occasionally also. The only option is to mute speakers which is annoying if you're listening to music or whatever.

On windows if you right click the speaker option in the tray (bottom right), you can select "open volume mixer." This lets you mute a single application without turning off your sound altogether.

I also use that to turn down the poker client's sound level in general, or it would be too loud compared to other things, and I don't believe there's any way to lower the sound within the poker client itself (either max volume or mute).

Not the only option... turn off game sounds in the client. I always play all sites with the game sounds off as I do like to listen to music while playing and the sounds are just an annoyance in that regard. I've never encountered this problem as a result but it does sound crazy aggravating.

instead of it starting and repeating rapidly, now it just makes the "your turn" sounds around every 15 seconds, super incredibly annoying

When this happens, please contact customer support and ask to give us your log files. This will help us troubleshoot the problem.

That happened to me yesterday, it was weird. I actually had that sound changed but the default one started going off on loop. Had to restart the client.

"User turn" .wav is playing every 10-20 seconds even after tables are closed, I tried to contact support in client last 2 times it happened but there was no live chat available. Sent in some emails so hopefully they look into it, sucks because I need the actual alerts because i'm slow af but this is making bcp nearly unplayable for me, havn't been able to deal with it for more than 20-30 min at a time

Got through to live chat. They said I could email support the logs and the IT dept would take a look, ill update if they tell me anything

Anyone got a response to this problem? it is so annoying and it cant be that hard to fix. I also contacted support and they said they would talk w tech departement but till today it was not fixed
