Those are clearly not the actions of a winning player, and tbh seem egregious even for a bad fish. A program tree of actions and reactions that can't adjust to the dynamic however, could play this way. Pretty clearly this is a bot. I guess nothing is ever certain but I'd say there's a high % chance in this case.
There have been a lot of threads that come and go making claims and accusations without providing any sort of tangible evidence. This one looks pretty good to me though, wp OP, hope WPN investigates.
