Sent Winning_TD a PM. Registered the $55 satty before payouts. Recieved my cash prize, but not the $55. Maybe they changed it to where you can no longer do this little "trick"

Will update.. Not worried about it though as TD seems pretty reasonable and helps the players out a good deal.

Mad i read this thread so i decided to try this to just keep the 55 bucks this week rather then play the satty. Didnt get a satty ticket also pretty sure they didnt give me my cash bonus for thr week either. Got back from vacation today and havent played since Wed pretty sure my account balance is the same and i dont see a 55 bonus in my transactions.

Guess i did get the bonus early Sat AM i didnt even notice it that day. For sure didnt get the seat though.

I got paid the $55 today. I emailed them while staying registered for the satty. Got the $55 and was able to unregister.

They tried to say that when I unregistered myself that was them refunding me the money so i've had to email them again to hope they fix this

I unregistered a couple times this week and registered again. They credited me the $55 without responding to my last email.

Hopefully you get your $55. If you don't try contacting an ACR rep on here would be my advice even though fortunately I didn't need help from an ACR rep and was able to get credited through sending emails.

Guess im a noob and need to keep better track of my account balance. They screen shotted me them giving the 55 cash for the satty for me.

Happened twice to me. Got credit the first time and had to give up the second time after the back-and-forth with support ended with them insisting it was credited when it wasn't. My final message to them included a request for them to start recording the credits in the transaction history. There was no reply and they still do not record it.

This is what they sent me:
"Please be kindly informed It shows you pre-registered for that tournament (7228806) which lead to receive the $55 when we gave you the ticket. That's the credit of $55 on 2017/05/03 14:12:44
Feel free to check the picture on the attachment. "

Is wrong and i emailed them back as it even says there access was VOIDED. Then 2 and half hour later i unreg manually myself and got refunded money from when i had registered earlier in week. Did not get the extra $55 as you can see it was DEBITED when they Voided it. Yet the staff still say that i was credited for it!!

Thats the same thing they sent me but on my picture i cant see that the other column says debit its cut off when i download it. The column just shows the amount of money. So their telling me the same thing but i didnt get it. Then a few days later it shows me unregging.

LOL funny how the debit column was cut off in my picture so i couldnt see that it was them taking the money back. Cheeky bastards.

Are you guys saying its possible to get 55 dollars rather than the ticket you get from the beast leaderboard?

In my experience they usually don't give out the seat until the Friday or Saturday prior to the satty. They almost always pay out the "regular" snc winnings Saturday or Sunday after the snc week ends though.

Support is still not understanding the problem, I got this email back "Following up on your query/report, we wanted to let you know that in the picture it shows since you were already registered on the tourney that you were granted the $55 dollars.

When this is not the case, i have been credited the $55 back of my OWN money i pre regd not the Sit N Crush reward money! Have emailed them again, really hope resolve as not played here for few days as not play unless gets fixed.

Please look at the document/image you attatched again, you are still not getting it correctly.
I registered earlier in the week, maybe the 1st? For the cage qualifier with my own $55. This leaves me at NET down $55. You then awarded me the sit n crush payout, however as I was already registered in it at the exact same time, minute and second it instantly voided this registration. So I was credited $55, then instantly debited $55. This still leaves me at NET down $55. When i manually unregistered at 14:12, I was credited for my $55 that I registered myself earlier in the week. This leaves me at NET $0.
Since the Sit n Crush Cage qualifier is a reward for playing high volume it is meant to leave you NET positive of $55. I have not received this $55.

From your attached image it looks like you were credited $55 twice for the snc satty and debited once(voided), so were credited $55. The first credit was split $50 and $5 fee.

Oh no that means if you dont understand they wont either. I was credited 55 twice and charged twice. Once you can see charged when they registered me at 11:46, and once when I registered myself a couple of days before. So credited twice and charged twice. Should be charged ONCE credited twice understand?

You shouldn't be charged for already being registered like it says I have been there. That is the problem!

never mind disregard this, I just saw that the first 50 and $5 credits were your own $ that u registered with. Gl getting your $.

Yeah, I don't understand why a voided tournament entry is a debit. That makes no sense.

I emailed them back explaining to them the same thing. I replied to the email of them telling me they credited it to me and sent another email but they didnt get back to me. Sometimes the support for this site gets back to me asap others they never reply. Very random they really need to become more consistent. Also they should send emails or something letting us know when we get money or tickets or whatever rather then just give them to them with no record.

ok finally got the problem solved. They registered me for the event.

I got an email less than 2hours before start that they had registered me for it. I could not play on this short notice, is a joke!!!
