We do not allow any bots on the site. We dont respond because im sure players may still not believe us but that is the truth.

Responding is really good, even if some people don't believe you, it's important to show that you are taking into consideration what everyone is saying and you ease people's fears that way. The approach your network has decided to take just makes everyone uncomfortable and unsure. Just tell people you are looking into it and have talked to the security department. Say that they found nothing, or did find something. Show at least somewhat that you are listening.

Players give you rake, and thus pay your salary, so expecting at leat something in return is not too much to ask for. Just pop and say "Hey, we forwarded your concerns to the proper department, we appreciate you trying to make Winning Poker Network a better and safer place for all players to enjoy the game they love." Done, just like that. That's all it takes.

Instead, you don't do that and you come in here with some "whoa is me, no one ever believes us," bull ****. It's pretty simple, really, just pretend like you care. Your sub-forum has become a cesspool of your mistakes int he past two weeks, and much of that is because you are no responding and trying to talk to players. Instead, threads hundreds of posts long go unattended and players are left wondering where you are in all of this. You have multiple reps here, use them.

I like your site, i really do, but it's crap like this that causes me to feel weary sometimes. We still don't know why the cashier is acting up, or if it's fixed. We still don't know if you are investigating the people who collude (or don't) in DoNs, we still don't know if you are investigating bots (or not bots) in the HUSNGs. Give us some indication of what you are doing, and where are rake money is going.

I know ur position(and that of many others) and I appreciate it, but you know why I don't play here and how much I would love to, and threads like this and the networks position or lack of on it and many other things keeps me from doing so. I can't help but wonder how many others there are like me waiting on the sidelines following all this? Not that you want me in your games anyway besides for traffic haha! Gl at the tables and keep crushing, I may be back soon I'm trying to find a way to justify it and make a +ev plan under the circumstances.

And honestly my favorite as it confronts this head on is reach out to us regs USA and Russian do a battle of the countries promo for the game type
With all the new technology something cool could be done
It will maybe help this perception of Russian bot users and connect some reality to the situation

dude you're worst than most of the riggies in the riggie thread. just because someone is a winning reg doesn't mean that they are bots. do you think people like mrgreen or skaiwalkur are also bots? obviously they are never going to decline a rematch with you since they are better than you.

a decline will not happen nor should it ever happen. just look at the terrible state that HU cash is at.

I have said in many different threads that i read pretty much 100% of every comment that is written. I also have help from WPN REP which is great.

We take all accusations seriously and all ideas we take into consideration.

For obvious reasons we can never give out the results of the investigations just be assured that we do look and listen to everything.

Not just one but many have supported those 'accusations'. I love the site as traffic is decent and support is superb, but you guys will never get any bigger due to how your site operates over certain issues, plain simple. But I guess that's for another topic.

I play on WPN as well. Have always been convinced that MFG123 was a bot and Obama. I have thousands of hands on them and they literally have the same exact stats. I have sent them to WPN and nothing happened. Its very annoying because the action is good, but when they guys just sit you all day long, its a bit tilting. If those guys weren't on the site, it would be 100% better for both regs and recreational's. The only other option is to combine stats and potentially come up with perfect ranges vs them. They limp so much, so the variance plays a big time role which is probably the most annoying. Mainly, I know they are bots because they will never fold hands like 108s, j9s vs an iso all in even if I was being unbalanced. It would adjust by trapping more though. Any ideas guys?

WPN doesn't think they are bots. Quite a few hyper husng players disagree(me included).

Yea I haven't played them much because I stick to turbos mostly but they have exploitable tendencies in the couple matches I played vs them. I am considering putting in more volume to come up with ranges/strategy to break these ****ers but I'm not sure it'd be worth it over just avoiding them. Oppas shark scope is good but not ridiculously impressive by any means. I think they have a default strategy that is marginally winning over most of the population and they have the no tilt and volume factor in their favor. I have an inkling these things are very very beatable though if you can wade through the variance to get the sample to come up with a counter strategy. I'm actually surprised no one has done this yet - maybe just not worth the time.
