A good case could also be made that because Bovada is part of Bodog, a much larger network with a bigger player pool, their security team is much more advanced, or just better funded. So although anonymity is a scary factor, you should feel more secure within that network. And it shows by the high levels of recs flooding those games.
Bots are costing poker sites traffic from real players. If you look at poker scout WPN has gone from 800 players a day down to 700 a day over last 6 months. Thats a big hit. Full flush is full of them and traffic is dead along with betonline over last 6 months down from 600 players a day to 400. Both sites are tanking. Bovada down from 1500 to 1300. Bots are ruining online poker and the sites I guess just rather go out of business and have bots running. Bovada imo is the only one that really tries to get rid of them. Its to the point if I see more then 1 russian on a 6 max table the sites ruined imo and its full of bots. I don't even bother with them. Any promotion that brings grinders brings bots from what I have observed.
Until poker sites can find a way to get rid of them it will be the end of online poker. You guys will be lucky to break even vs a bot. They have an edge they play close to gto and have no emotion involved.
