"Get up to a $500 bonus from March 21st to March 31st"

I interpret this as, deposit $1k and get a $500 bonus. I deposited $940 but only got a $250 bonus. I asked live support and they told me that $250 is the maximum bonus amount. Believe me, I am grateful for the bonus, but I would have only reloaded $500 had I known this and I am sure I am not the only one who interpreted this as a max bonus of $500.

Still waiting for a reply. I made 3-4 deposits and got one bonus. Seems ridiculous.

I was unaware of the bonus until now. I Deposited several times on ACR during that period but got not bonus. Is there a way I can claim it?

I called and they told me since I didn't type in the bonus code and the bonus expired yesterday I can't claim it. Kinda sucks since I deposited around 300 bucks.

I'm surprised they didn't honor it. Word to the wise, any time you're ready to deposit check their site quick to see if there's a reload bonus available. As far as timing of these offerings go, historically they always seem to offer one before a big series like OSS (which I hope will stay cubed going forward, I like it) or High Five... so if one is approaching def check for a bonus code.

They did send an email out about this bonus, but it went into my spam folder for some reason (which most emails from ACR marketing do not).

Make sure to check to see if your bonus was activated after depositing, mine wasn't but live support activated after I asked about it. I wonder if I deposit with the new reload bonus starting tomorrow if it will add that one as well? I know the fine print says only one but is that only one of the same promotion?
